These guys recently built a stamped decorative pad to hold a new swimspa and did a fabulous job matching an existing patio in aesthetic and coloring. Professional, responsive, efficient, communicative, and affordable…can’t say enough good things about Mark and his crew.

I had an asphalt driveway that was cracked in several places. Mark & his crew at Ronk Construction replaced it with a concrete driveway. They did a terrific job & I’m very pleased with the results. After comparing with other quotes and doing a little research on line we felt comfortable moving forward. Can’t recommend Mark and his crew enough! Communication was excellent, they went above and beyond—including power washing the street and driveway when finished. We had some difficult neighbors, and they handled it with complete professionalism {even winning one over who said she was extremely impressed by them}. Ronk Construction just completed our poured concrete patio and we are amazed at the process, workmanship, clear communication, custom design, and most especially, the final product. We wanted a broom-finish poured concrete patio with a fire pit and sitting wall and had obtained a quote from another contractor who gave us a reasonable quote on the patio, but backed away from talking about the fire pit and sitting wall, suggesting instead that we could just use our Solo Stove. We later realized that Ronk Construction is one of the only contractors in Central Ohio to have perfected the intricate, labor-intensive process of brushing, stamping, and painting concrete on vertical surfaces. Thanks to Mark and the guys at Ronk Construction, we have a comfortable, functional, expansive, and complete outdoor space at less than half the price our neighbors paid for their outdoor spaces. Working with Mark and his team was an absolute pleasure.

We are so pleased with the work Mark and his company completed at our home recently. We live in a 125-year-old renovated home and had them replace a set of outdoor concrete stairs and also a portion of our sidewalk. We have dealt with so many contractors over the past several years in renovating and will say, Mark’s group was one of the top companies we contracted with. Their work and professionalism was impeccable and the communication throughout the entire process was spot on. They kept the construction area to a minimum and cleaned up perfectly prior to leaving. They were a great group of people to work with! We will rely on Mark and his team on any future concrete needs for certain.

Ronk Construction provided a prompt on site visit to work with me on design and then provided quick turnaround on a proposal. They said what they were going to do and did it perfectly. They were very conscientious about my property and provided ways to minimize the damage while working and did a great job with cleanup. The pricing was very fair and a great value when considering the above. I recommend Ronk Construction highly and would use them again without hesitation.

We had Carroll Construction install a new concrete patio. Patio turned out better than we could have ever expected. Will definitely use and recommend Carroll in the future.

Matt and his crew put in a 30x30 concrete floor in our barn... it looks amazing. We're really happy with it and my family is really excited to start playing in there! Communication with Matt was excellent throughout the whole process. I will definitely use them again for my next project.

Matt promptly returned our initial call. Soon after he was onsite to working up a quote and explaining exactly what he planned to do. The crew done a professional job that went about and beyond my expectations. They’ll defiantly have my business in the future.

Do Not Use This Company For Your Project. Below are a few of the examples of our experience with this Gross Construction.

1. Tried to charge us $975 for a concrete pump that was never used on the project.
2. Put concrete inside our skimmer. What a mess, what a problem.
3. Crooked Control Joints
4. No chairing of Mesh. We wasted $1000 on mesh that is sitting on the ground. Not in middle of the cement.
5. Crooked concrete pad laid we had to get ripped out.
6. Left a Mess of gravel. Had to get them back out to cleanup.
7. We had to battle the crew on almost every aspect. Even had to battle them to use expansion joints between the existing and new cement. The guy was not gonna use them until I insisted.

Overall, if you want your project done right and with the least amount of stress possible, use a DIFFERENT company. That's my opinion.
