I highly recommend Julian and the team at 1C3:9! I would give them 10 stars if I could :) Our HOA requested a revised drawing four different times before approving the project and Julian not only sent the revisions right away but he never gave me pushback and was very patient with our HOA. They started the work on the day they said and completed the project when they said they would. When the project was completed, Julian made sure I was satisfied with the finished project.

Julian and his crew at 1C:39 are absolutely excellent. They performed excavations, concrete, and framing work on a large scale project for me. The project had multiple challenges arise, and these guys knocked each of them out with ease. They are EXPERTS in their craft. They offer high quality results, at a competitive and fair price point. These guys tackled all my dirt work, concrete work, masonry work, framing, and bracing. My inspector wanted to know who did the work so he could make a mental note of what company did such wonderful work. He said it is some of the best work he has ever seen. He told me that I definitely picked the right subcontractor for my project. I can't praise these guys enough. They worked long hours and made sure that not a single corner was cut. They have gained a customer for life. My wife and I are trying to find things we can have them do on our new house because they do such great work.

My wife and I highly recommend 1C3:9 Construction for all your concrete work. They poured long extensions to our circle driveway, a sidewalk, and curbs. They also added crushed rock and 1/4 minus to other driveways, installed riprap, and Julian hand selected large matching rocks to act as a barrier. Julian bid the job at a reasonable price. He listened carefully to what we wanted, but be sure to ask Julian and his dad questions because they have lots of good ideas. Julian and his dad did the grading and form work, then on pour days additional family members, all excellent concrete finishers, showed up to complete the job.

I added LED lights along the driveways, then the crew returned to add crushed rock along the driveways where the lights are, and riprap along the slopes to hold everything in place.
