Joe’s high level of communication, interest and enthusiasm for what I needed done was a huge difference from other contractors.

The job involved some demolition, masonry, and ductwork.

We agreed on what needed to be done, Joe gave me a fair price, his crew did exactly what we agreed on, and he checked in with me frequently to make sure that was satisfied with the work. I was very pleased.

I have never met a more punctual contractor than JB General Contracting. From the estimate to completion of the project, the owner Joe was prompt with responses, attentive to details, thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done, and was extremely communicative throughout the whole job. Even a few months later, I needed him to come back and fix a couple of things that occurred from settling and he had it done within 72 hours of what he promised.

We were very satisfied and happy with J&B General Contracting for all the work done in our yard. They removed our old deck and old crack cement of our yard. They put up a new PBC fence and gate around our whole yard. They put up a new Trex deck. The new cement was done perfectly. Everything was done professionally. They completed the job on time and cleaned up afterwards. His workers were polite and courteous. We would recommend JB Contractor for anyone needing work done.

Joe was the consummate professional, and the work to clear the sidewalk violations was exemplary! Very prepared and courteous workers using who explained the scope of the work and protected the area so no one could mess with it. Finally, Joes crew thoroughly cleaned up the site and Joe visited to inspect it and checked in often to ensure that everything was going smoothly. The construction team arrived bright and early and were very quick and efficient. Exactly what was quoted was the final price, very trustworthy and professional. I would definitely use them again.

We hired JB Contracting to redo the sidewalk on our building and the experience was very smooth. They took care of all the work in one day. They were flexible with our limitations as well as The conditions that we had to meet with co-owners of the building. We did have a situation with the department of transportation, but that was also handled swiftly. The work was done on time and without delay.

I had water damage in my bedroom closet and the ceiling. Once the roof was repaired I called Joe and he scheduled time with me. After discussion, I decided to do both bedrooms (walls and ceilings), the hallway and 4 closets. They removed the worn out rugs and found solid wood floors which they stained. Joe’s team- Dennis, Steve and Son worked tirelessly and cleaned up excellently. I highly recommend them.

Joe understood our budget limitations and worked with us to help to fix the damage to our home. Additionally, I appreciated how Joe assess the extend of the area needing repairs, then explains what the work will entail, while recommending enhancements. As a result, the finished work is always better than before, and we benefit from his expertise and the professionalism of his team.

Construction enterprise did an amazing job for me and my neighbor. They ripped up concrete and poured all in the same day. These guys are kind courteous and Joe the owner actually gets in there and works himself. Don’t normally see that these days. Joe is a true gentleman.

Recently hired them again for a new sidewalk as well as brick pointing. Both were completed on time and the workmanship was phenomenal! Joe was in contact with me throughout both projects and alerted me of some other issues that needed attention. He addressed all as if it were his own home. I couldn't be more pleased.

I had concrete replaced around my corner property, Joe's guys were clean and efficient. This is a real professional outfit. There's no Monkey business, they were there early in the morning and did approximately 110 foot of concrete walkway and were essentially done in one day with just a little bit of finishing touches for the next day. The owner Joe was a true gentleman- and their price came in at the lower end of the estimates I got, even though they were a much more professional outfit than the other estimates that came around theirs. Great price, efficient work and true professionalism, I would definitely use Joe and his team again.

JB General Contracting is amazing! Joe is a gentleman and advises you what you need and nothing more. Joe makes suggestions upon his experience and knowledge of the Job. His team of construction workers are very knowledgeable and professional, they speak very nice to you, they clean up after themselves, they measure and keep checking over their work, and make sure everything is right to the customers satisfaction. My backyard was very uneven and a lot of high and low elevations. JB’s team straightened everything out and is perfect now.

If I were allowed to award a score of 6 stars, JB Construction would have more than earned it! Outstanding quality, unparalleled professionalism and excellent value all apply without question. What earns them the sixth star was Joe's responsiveness to our special needs. I was managing the sidewalk replacement project at my parent's home from the West Coast, and Joe looked after my 90 year old parents as if they were his own family. Joe and his crew assisted my parents entering and exiting the house on thin walk boards, assisted in parking their cars close to the house when the driveway could not be used and help string hosing lines so they could safely fog mist the cement work during extreme heat conditions during the project time frame. JB Construction takes pride in the work that they do. It comes across in every phase of the project from estimate to completion. I would recommend them without reservation!

Part of my exterior wall started cracking and breaking down, and Joe was the one I ended up going with at the end after checking with several other contractors. Joe is very responsive, communicates clearly what his team is going to do, and answers all my questions and addresses all my concerns in a timely fashion. The quality of work from Joe's team is also really good; the dash finish of the replacement wall matches identically with my existing stucco wall. I would definitely recommend Joe to all my friends and family should they need help with any jobs or repairs.
