Needed a garbage disposal replaced and reached out to EA Construction & Plumbing. Eric came the same day to take a look. He ended up doing more work than I had originally requested and was very accommodating. I ended up having new water valves installed, and there were some obstacles he had to work around from the original plumbing. He had a lot of great input and suggestions that I had not considered. Very personable, Professional and thorough!

Eric Austin is fantastic! He installed a smart water monitor with an auto shutoff system and a water pressure regulator for us, and his expertise truly stands out. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and offers fair pricing. Working with him was a breeze, and I’ll definitely call him for all future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Best in the business. I was looking for someone that could help redo the patio of my humble abode. I found EA construction and plumbing to be the best in the business. Eric made everything super easy and showed up the same day for an estimate, within hours actually. He was able to brainstorm some other potential ideas that I could do and wound up taking care of a couple of other side projects I had for the same price. He's honest, dependable and hard-working and an all-around nice person. Will definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone for plumbing or construction.

Eric fixed an issue with my toilet and discovered roots growing in the pipes. He has the high tech tools to know what is truly going on. He is patient and takes the time to do a thorough job. Eric also remodeled my entire front yard about 6 years ago and completely transformed my curb appeal. He is an expert in hardscape and attention to detail is top notch. He also did my parent’s front patio and my best friend’s backyard. Both turned out amazing!

Matt and crew did a fabulous job replacing my steps, sidewalk, and patio. Even threw in the removal of an ugly post. Very satisfied. Absolutely recommend!

Matt and his crew poured a brand new 50ft concrete walkway from our front steps to the street. They worked fast and were very professional. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Quick Steps provided a great pre-cast concrete step solution to replace the existing steps that had sunk about 3 inches at the front. Using pre-cast was about 2/3 the cost of jacking with polyurethane foam and gives a new, clean set of steps. Process was simple and went as promised. Matt and team were very easy to work with! Would recommend in a snap.

We have Matt's company come in and give us a new backyard concrete patio. The pre-work communication, quote and professionalism were outstanding. The workmanship was equally as great and the end result is perfect. You won't and can't go wrong by working with Matt and his company!

Matt and crew were great to work with and paid closer attention to details than other bidders. They replaced my concrete steps with a better fit solution than had previously existed, whereas other bidders only quoted exact replacements. Pricing seemed very competitive, and they squeezed the job in within a week as well!

We used Quick Step to have our well capped, plumbing moved, wall formed/filled, old step removed, a new pad laid, and new step placed.
This was our first time working with a contractor, and we're kind of picky since we do most of our own work on the house—a lot of which is objectively higher than some professionals.'

Our guy at Quick Step made sure that the subcontractors showed up on time, stayed within budget, and completed the job fully. Matt kept us up to date on timing throughout the project, too.

It's all done now, and the completed job looks beautiful. We'll probably work with this company again in a couple years when our next step will need replacing.

Matthew and his crew went out of their way to save my gardens while removing my old step and and putting in the new one. It required more manual labor, but they did it with good humor and ease. My step looks great! Matthew is a great guy who wants to make sure his customer is happy. I would highly recommend them!

Please save yourself a headache and do not use this company. I used Brandon Concrete Services for a monolithic slab and a driveway. With respect to the driveway, I only re-poured our driveway to get rid of cracks that were occurring after 20 years of age. I made this clear but to my amazement crack formed in the new driveway within only 7 days. They also poured slab out of square by 2 - 3 inches in some areas. I reached out and could only get a response when using other family member's phones. Daniel stated he would ad an overlay to fix the cracks but has not in the past 2 months and will not answer my calls. Be aware this company also goes by the name Total Concrete Services (TCS) due to the bad reviews there. Don't waste your time with this guy. Terrible quality and will not stand behind any of his work.
