Outstanding value - price was much less than anticipated and workmanship was excellent! Zero attempts were made to upsell products and/or services that weren't needed. I highly recommend AAA for any basement issues and they would be my go to company if their services are ever needed again.

They did a great job waterproofing and cutting an egress window in my basement. Very good communication with the crew lead and office. The crew went the extra mile to keep things clean inside and out of the house. I would easily recommend them again for foundation work.

Company provided an estimate in the fall, but winter set in and we couldn’t complete the project until warmer weather. Once they started they were very efficient and considerate of of our working around the disruption. They delivered what they promised, communicated well with us and our neighbors, provided unforeseen necessary work and enhancements, all at a reasonable rate. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them for all of their services.

AAA Came out to my home today for an estimate, and I was very impressed. I felt he was genuine in his recommendations, and didn't oversell the project. Other companies will sometimes jump to the last resort to get the most out of the customer, but not AAA. I haven't scheduled the job yet, but this company is worth checking out!!

AAA employees were very professional from start to finish. They constructed a large concrete patio and dirt work. They made sure everything was done correctly. This the second job that AAA has performed for our family. Both jobs were done as conveyed to us. We would absolutely use this company again.

I contacted AAA basement and foundation repair to have my covered patio raised due to settling. I was amazed in how prompt in giving me an estimate and showed up on time. The worked was performed to my satisfaction and they kept me informed of the progress and the work being performed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation or concrete repairs. Wes, Tucker and Austin were the best crew I have ever worked with. They were polite, professional and cleaned up everything perfectly. The egress window is very pretty and not obnoxious on the outside which is something I was concerned with. While I hope I don't need their services again, I would definitely make AAA Basement my very first call as everyone from the estimator to the office staff were great to work with. I am a very happy homeowner!

Edit: amending my review to 4 stars, we did eventually hear back from the business and they came out and fixed the installation issue. I appreciate that they were willing to make the situation right.

We had this company put in an egress window 5 months ago. They left us dirt to keep filling the areas that would settle. We used all the dirt, kept filling back towards the house as it settled. It was still not enough dirt and before we could get a company out to bring more dirt and grade the area better, we got a heavy rain. From this rain, we had water (mud) in our basement. The bottom of the egress window well busted out and it appeared to be hollow underneath. To make matters worse, the company will not call us back. Maybe if they’d responded promptly and had been willing to work with us, I wouldn’t have to leave a crummy review. I really believe a business should do the work start to finish - they should have made sure the area around the window ended up packed well enough to avoid leaking. I’m also pretty skeptical that any soil or gravel was packed in tight under the window considering I can see an open hole under the broken window well now. Sorry to say I don’t think I could recommend this business.

I bought a house that they “fixed” prior to
Me purchasing. I called them when we moved in because it wasn’t level. They came and “fixed” it again and it fell again. They came out and want to charge me several hundred dollars for something they can’t do right. I’ve called 3 times in the past couple weeks with no response. The beginning work prior to me buying the house they put pillars under a portion. Well it’s not level. And the quote to correct is over 16k. On their own work? How is this acceptable?

Jeff and his son came out on a call for a water intrusion in my master bath. Jeff and his son troubleshot the source of the leak and repaired the leak area. His analysis was right on and confirmed by a leak test. Thank you Jeff and son!

Jeff at Magic Poly Solutions has been a great help in solving waterproofing foundation issues that we've been dealing with. Scheduling was done very quickly and financing as well. Jeff cares very much about the quality of his work, which means a lot to us because his work has repaired any further water damage to our home. We have not experienced any flooding into the house since the waterproofing treatment from Magic Poly Solutions. We highly recommend this team.

I have waited a few months to post my review of Jeff and Ryker of Magic Poly Solutions after they performed Seawall repair on around a 100ft sect of old wooden Seawall. I could have immediately written a review on their true professionalism and excellent pricing, but the end result is what truly counts and I wanted to wait until I had a chance to see if the repairs held up through time. I am very happy to report that through all the recent heavy rains, there has been no more draining of soil through our Seawall. The voids are simply gone!!! I can confidently recommend their services, we are extremely pleased. We saved a ton of money going with their solution, the bonus is that they are truly nice folks and very honest in what we should expect.

Very professional, answered all my questions, because I didn’t know anything about Poly Resins & how it reinforces the seawall, or the JetFilters placed in the wall to release pressure from water in ground.

UPDATE: we had one small problem and they came right out and did an exemplary job shoring up one tiny area. They back their work and go the extra mile to make sure it’s perfect. I will definitely recommend to all of my neighbors to protect their sea walls.

Great service! Showed up on time, did a very through job and answered all of my questions.....I have a LOT of questions and they were patient and answered them all. So far so good on the repair, we have had no sinkholes since they did the job.

If I could give Jeff and his team more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. After the storm, we were completely overwhelmed and needed our seawall fixed ASAP. I contacted multiple seawall companies, and every quote came in over $175k. Not only was Jeff more affordable, but the quality of the product he uses, his communication, and his follow-up were far beyond anything I expected.
What really impressed us was their reliability; they showed up every single day until the job was done. The whole project only took a few days, and our seawall looked brand new. Neighbors from across the canals even came over asking for business cards because they were so impressed. Magic Polly solutions did a great job in repairing my 50 year-old seawalls. My panels and caps were in decent shape but had a lot of erosion. Jeff and his team were able to fill all the voids and fix my seawalls for far less than the price of a new wall.
