Very impressed with Jim King and his entire crew at King Piers. Very hard working and efficient. Did exactly what they said they’d do with our project. Would highly recommend and honestly wouldn’t use anyone else….

I had a French drain installed approximately 99ft long in my backyard. After completion, heavy and continuous rain had created issues by washing away the fresh dirt put down. Jim had to come back more than once to make adjustments. He returned my calls, answered every question, and addressed the issues until I was completely satisfied. He kept his word and did whatever to make it right and give me customer satisfaction. I would recommend him. Also, his crew were very knowledgable and professional.

These men are God fearing men, they have great communication skills with. their customers and with each other, excellent quality of work I was very impressed with every thing from how quickly they came out and fix my foundation leak, I highly recommend King Piers LLC If you have a foundation problem this is the company to Call. I found King Piers when I looking for a solution for a leaning column. The crew did a great job even when their original plan didn't work. They pivoted to a different approach and got the column stabilized and straight as an arrow. Price was exactly as quoted. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Matt and Jim! They were able to help out out on very short notice……they came out the next day and performed some great quality proactive caulking. Their communication was great, their price was fair, and while there they detailed the work they did and even included some extra proactive “maintenance” at no extra cost. Jim laid out exactly what was to be done, explained fully how the King Pier system works. The amazing thing was, how little of the area where the work was being done was disturbed, almost like a surgical procedure and after the pier had been installed, they cleaned up the work area and you could hardly tell that anything had been done. It has been several years since I had two piers done, they are still holding solid. Happy customer.

King Piers is a family owned company giving honest recommendations. We spent a lot of time getting around five different quotes for a crack in our foundations, coming back with numbers between $1500-$11,000, and everyone saying something different. In the end we went with King Piers because they gave reasonable explanations and quotes for our problem, not just trying to sell us something we didn’t need. They were on time, we didn’t have to wait weeks for the quote, and the end project was finished quickly and well done.

Jim and his crew raised my house, piered it and poured new front steps. The quality was second to none. Jim went above and beyond and even though the job had struggles Jim stayed in communication and provided the best quality possible. I would recommend him to anyone and any other service I could hire him for in the future I wouldn't hesitate.

We noticed wet carpet in our finished basement after some heavy rain. I called a few companies to get estimates, King Piers answered my weekend call and thankfully they were the first company to come out. Jim was able to quickly assess our situation and explained to us how we could clean and seal the foundation seam where the water was seeping in, and do the work ourselves. He also spent some time educating us on foundations. We are truly thankful for King Piers’ responsiveness, and above all, grateful for Jim’s honesty. I thought we would have had to sink thousands of dollars into a foundation repair, and we may have if we would have used another company. I had a problem with my front door not opening due to settling. Jim was very fair and honest with pricing and not doing extra Piers that I didn't need. The crew worked very hard digging, King Piering & backfilling all done by hand and leaving the property in amazing condition with attention to detail! I would highly recommend King Piers and will definitely use them again if needed.

I am a contractor and have worked with three foundation companies in the past and wouldn’t hire anyone else for now on except for King Piers. I had a sinking porch and a sinking laundry room. Jim and his team installed 3 piers. They lifted the porch about 4 inches to level, it also helped straighten the brick facade next to it. Jim’s Piers are built better then the piers other companies were selling and made to last. I am confident that his system will hold the test of time. Also Enrique his team lead is a great guy and always does his best for you and your request during the project.

We had our house lifted and are very pleased with the work done. We can now close our front door! I also want to share that Jim adds in additional details to the job other companies do not offer. If Jim tells you something is going to be done - he will make sure it is done. He is responsive and did a great job keeping us in the loop - which is huge when dealing with something this important. King Peirs did an outstanding job fixing up my 110-year-old foundation walls. No more moisture smell permeating through the house, and now we know for sure water will not be an issue and the basement will be usable. All along the way I was never worried about the level of service I was getting. I received an honest and super reasonable quote. They had options for financing if needed. My project moved forward very fast and efficient. We were never inconvenienced despite the large scope of our project. They went above and beyond any chance they could. They cleaned up their work area better than it was before they got there. The work that was done was professional and they stand by their work and follow up if you have an issue or questions. Jim, Matt, Enrique, and the crew handled a difficult job very well and I would recommend their company to others without hesitation.

My name is Chris... My wife and I called Jim a while back, and Jim provided "Grade A!" Service. As we thought we had a foundation issue, it turned out that we didn't, and everything was functional as is. I don't know anything about foundations, you can see a crack and so on, and know that much, and then wonder if you're going to get an honest answer? King Piers gave me a reasonable bid. They started in the middle of the week and worked through the weekend to make sure they were done by my Monday deadline. They came to work early and worked late every day. Very hard working crew. Very professional always easy to communicate with. Did a great job

King Piers did an awesome job for us on our basement. I met with the owner Jim and after spending some time with him discussing my basement issues, I was totally convinced he could help us-basically hired them on the spot. These guys are the real deal! They went above and beyond for us on this project and we have had no water, even during a recent 5 inch weekend rain. Thanks to Jim and his crew for a fantastic job! I would give them a six star review if I could.

I really can't say enough positive things about my experience with King Piers. Water was constantly seeping into our unfinished basement and any time there was a big rain, we were in danger of it flooding. Jim showed up for the assessment and quote. As we walked through the basement and around the house he told me how I could fix the problem myself if I wanted. He wasn't trying to sell me on anything. In the end, I wanted it done by professionals. He provided me with the quote (which was extremely reasonable) and I hired King Piers for the job.

I worked primarily with Matt from that point forward although Jim came out with the crew the day they completed the job (only took one day). Matt came back out one more time after completion to reinspect the work and touch base with me one final time. They were on time or 5 minutes early to every appointment and very professional. Also received promises from both Jim and Matt that if we have any problems with the work that they completed that they will be back out in a heart beat to take care of us (which based on their character, I truly believe).
A fantastic experience and I will be a repeat customer for any foundation/basement work in the future. Highly recommended.

My foundation was sinking on the right side of my house. I called Jim at King Piers and he was there that day to look at it. He gave me a more than reasonable quote and told me what day they could start. They were there on the date and time he said they would be and were in and out in 1 day. The guys he had out doing the work were great also. Cleaned up after themselves. Left no trash or extra pieces or scrap pieces of anything in my yard. You could really tell they take pride in the quality of work they do. I won’t call anybody else for foundation issues and I will recommend King Piers to everyone I know. An added bonus when doing business with King Piers is the 25 year warranty on their work. And if you sell your house the warranty transfers to the new owner. That was also a main reason we went with them.
