Terry, Malachy and Nick were great! We decided to replace our boiler due to the age of the old unit and some of the old installation work was not done properly . They installed the new combi boiler and corrected those old issues. The new boiler was up and running in one day and they worked very hard to get us a reasonable price. Extremely happy with their work and the service they provided!!

I hired Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today to do several jobs around my house and they sent Ryan W. He was not only professional but very courteous and really nice! He made it easy and stress free which is rare today. I will definitely call them again.

Aaron Diaz was amazing. He came out for an emergency on a Sunday evening and managed to do a tricky repair with very little room to move all without any damage to anything around it, which I thought was going to be impossible. Impressive skills. On top of that, he had great communication about what he was doing and is just a friendly guy. Highly recommended.

Felix was very friendly. Felt like I knew him for years. I enjoyed talking with him about one of his favorite past times, trout fly fishing. Unfortunately, I am now handicapped and can't get out and fish like I used to but it was at 1 time, my favorite sport. Nice talking with people that you have things in common with.

Mike Watkinson did an excellent job with Benjamin Franklins products. He's very knowledgeable and took plenty of time to explain everything to us and what he recommends. He's very personable and cares a lot about his clients as well as their needs.

Felix came out to give me an estimate on a new furnace after mine stopped working. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable on helping my decide which furnace to purchase.

The technicians came on time, exactly when they said they would be there. Nick was knowledgeable, they were professional and super personable. I was in a situation where I didn’t have the ability/time to price other companies so I wasn’t able to shop around and compare the work that needed to be done and the cost so I’m not sure about that, but either way the cost was very very high. They charged $99 just to come because it happened on the weekend. I will stick with 5 stars either way because I it got done in a timely manner and the guys were good.

I had a great experience with Ryan Wesson from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Our Combi hot water boiler (HTP ELU 150WCN) stopped working, but Ryan quickly got it back up and running. He also identified a few underlying issues and provided clear options for the best way forward. Thanks to him, my family has heat and hot water again. Cheers, Ryan!

Aaron did an excellent job with the installation. When finished, he checked every water source in the house to be sure that there was hot water everywhere. Also, as a retired educator & teacher trainer, I thought he worked well with Cale, giving him appropriate responsibility & guiding & encouraging in meaningful ways. And, they did a great cleanup before they left!

Called and got an appointment the next day. Eric came out and was absolutely great! Answered all my questions. Very respectful! He was also super early coming to my home which was great. I highly recommend! Keep up the great work Eric!

Earlier today I called Ben Franklin asking for my septic tank to be cleaned out. This company assigned a truck to arrive on the day I called.
Sam, the guy doing the work, was very conscientious. Thorough. Fast. He emptied my tank significantly better than any other septic service I have ever used. I will gladly talk with anyone who wants details.

Without doubt, this company does a superlative job at a reasonable cost.

Mike did a safety inspection on my boiler and hot water heater. With his help I now have a better idea of my needs going forward. He provided options on several direction for the future. I would happily give Mike and Ben Franklin my work in the future.

He took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood all my options before starting any work. I could tell he truly had my best interests in mind and cared about doing the job right. Ben Williams was my technician very friendly and helpful went through all my options repairs were done very fast. Was respectful coming in my house and around my cat. I will be having him come back later to finish more projects

We just had a pipe freeze and burst after the cold windy weather we have been having. We called Benjamin Franklin and they sent Joseph Trehy within a couple hours of calling after other companies said we may have to wait a whole week. He was very friendly and highly knowledgeable. He showed us exactly where the problem was and explained why it occurred. Then he clearly explained our options and was able to fix it on the spot. After this experience, we will definitely be calling them first next time we have any plumbing issues.

Vinny came by and fixed our leaking shower in a little under 3 hours. He was very nice and did excellent work. It's a bit pricy, but I'll pay for quality work.

Understandable explanation of what was needed and why, very courteous and pleasant mannerism and extremely helpful with several gas and water line problems.

Cassidy in the office kept me posted very well all along. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Recommend them highly!

Ryan W. Came out to our house to repair a burst heating pipe located in a void on the second floor of our house. He was very courteous, polite, knowledgeable and professional in doing his job. He explained everything he was going to do and provide other options for the repair. He performed the repair in a timely fashion and cleaned up all his mess. It would be a honor to have him assigned to us again if the time ever comes again.

We purchased a new natural gas heating system last January 2025, today,,, no heat or hot water. 😜,,glad my surgery was canceled,,because of the snow & cold weather,, thermostat set on 68/70. Long story short,,,, JR. Green very nice guy. 30 yrs experience. Came here, an explained in lay man's terms, if it happens again to my husband..... BFP provided septic services for my home. I highly recommended them. Their use of communication technology is superb, and their response time was just what I needed—immediate. Eric Card performed the service, and a helpful text pinged in when he arrived. It shared his picture, and I knew who I was dealing with. He diagnosed my situation expertly and shared his knowledge in a friendly, confident way. A+ firm. I will definitely hire them again.

Robert did a fantastic job at diagnosing and fixing our kitchen faucet issue. He arrived right at the specified time , replaced our broken kitchen faucet and also inspected the rest of plumbing in the house. Explained what was done and was very friendly and knowledgeable! AAA experience with Robert!
