I turned on my dishwasher and for some reason there was water from a flood was in my basement from the dishwasher. As it turns out I also had leaky hose under my kitchen sink and no hot water in my bathroom sink. I had just finished my chemo treatment and needed to see my oncologist. I called Beach, my plumber who had done work before. They came to my house and fixed the problem with the hot water in the bathroom sink. Install new pipes and a new water pump under the kitchen sank And also fixed the kitchen sank. Beach and Ari thank you for your professional service. Beach and Ari are very professional, very nice and extremely courtesy, they left my house sparkle ❇ clean. I had a water leak so I called Beacher Plumbing & Well Pump Services. When he arrived I showed him the problem. He went upstairs and said my toilet is dry and has no water. He then goes to the basement and complains that my well is old and needs replacement. He gave me a price on what the cost would be to replace the well. He then went on the main level and looked at my sinks and told me that whoever installed my sinks did a horrible job. He never addressed the problem he was called for. I had to pay him $180 for a service call. And the 180.00 would go towards fixing my problem. It’s unfortunate he never told me what my problem was. I then had to call him back and ask him if he could work on fixing my sinks properly since they were not installed correctly. He told me no to fixing my sinks properly. He said the only thing he would fix would be a new well which would cost me over $5,000. I called into another plumber and they found the water damage from the leak within five minutes. The problem ended up being the vent pipe boot on the roof was leaking.
Very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Had a minor plumbing need and they got to me within 2 days, had it fixed in under an hour. Would use them again!
Our bathtub drain was clogged and would not drain on a Saturday. We could not resolve ourselves. Beacher McNeal came to our house quickly. Our house has old complicated plumbing. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and then get the pipe cleared. Excellent customer service and plumbing expertise.
