Very thorough, professional and glad Ed came to solve the problem. Just to add on $99 charge I am an AC customer for my house and recommended Homestead for my Mom's house for drain problem. I thought the $99 charge to show up was excessive. I understand it would have been waived with oil delivery, but I am an existing customer that recommended Homestead. Without this recommendation, Homestead wouldn't have been called. I could understand if the job was declined after tech showed up, but the job was accepted. This occurred on the Oct 31 call and August call. Thank You
