Were contracted to install my new dishwasher. Installer was friendly, fast and thorough. Great service!

Showed up on time, appeared professional. However wanted to charge me an additional 330 dollars before starting the job. This was on top of a 69 dollar fee to show up. I felt this was an excessive amount of money, for doing nothing. I paid the 69 dollars and sent him on his way.

Had a few issues and I called them. They came gave me a reasonable price and did the job exactly how I wanted.

Royce was incredibly knowledgeable and very fairly priced. I will only call him for my electrical needs!

I had someone from hadden scheduled to come out last winter. They never showed up and never called. I made several calls to their dispatch and no one could tell me if anyone was coming even though I was on the schedule. After several email attempts and phonecalls I was never able to reschedule or find out why no one showed. Not sure why after almost a year this is asking me to review as I have sent several emails without ever getting a response.

Royce and his crew are extremely professional, punctual and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a top notch and trustworthy electrician.

Hadden electric installed a Generac stand by generator. Techs explained all the work they did and how to operate system. Their work standards are very high. I will use them again.

Because of a water leak, plumber required a electrical service removed and shut off until repairs to pipes could be done. Electrican (Mr. Vega) arrived in a timely manner and did the work in a very professional manner. He kept me informed and was a pleasure to work with.

Gutsy for an electrician to risk losing your business by suggesting you spend money you had not planned, but that is exactly what I did and I could not be happier. They called before they arrived and informed me of their traffic obstacles, if any. They were mannerly and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend them., Its nice to know you have a professional electrical service you can count on.

We were fortunate to find Royce of Hadden Home services. (Other electricians were not responding to our text or email, or they were too pricey.) He took care of the replacement of two outdoor light fixtures and installed a Ring doorbell.
I asked Royce to look at some electrical work done by a different company, and he confirmed my suspicions that the work was sub par. We will have him correct any issues, and we have plans to have him do several other electrical projects.
I was impressed with Royce because when I asked him about options for smoke detectors he candidly told me that he could install some high end models, but as long as we installed smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, which is what we did. Right then, I knew he was someone we could trust, and that isn't easy to come by today in my opinion.
We highly recommend Royce and his company.

I'm incredulous. $640 is not reasonable to swap out an old bathroom exhaust fan with light for a new one. Same dimensions, Two hours work tops. . . . and I had my own replacement fan. Hadden was not supplying that. And $210 labor charge/hour. I sent the service man away with his $73 service charge for the call. I will not be using this company again. Outrageous!

We needed a custom set up for our rollout generator. He was able in coordination with our fabricator to fulfill all our needs. He made several suggestions which we implemented. He came out to see the job. Listened to my needs & was responsive. Communication is always key with contractors. He kept me up to date on his schedule changes. He finished the job on time & within budget.
I’m keeping him for all my electrical needs.

The service I received from Hadden Electrical was simply outstanding from the receptionist who answered to the phone to the the electricians who completed the work. Royce was so professional and helpful. I would call them again in a heartbeat. Extremely professional and honest. Highly recommend.
