I'm incredulous. $640 is not reasonable to swap out an old bathroom exhaust fan with light for a new one. Same dimensions, Two hours work tops. . . . and I had my own replacement fan. Hadden was not supplying that. And $210 labor charge/hour. I sent the service man away with his $73 service charge for the call. I will not be using this company again. Outrageous!

We needed a custom set up for our rollout generator. He was able in coordination with our fabricator to fulfill all our needs. He made several suggestions which we implemented. He came out to see the job. Listened to my needs & was responsive. Communication is always key with contractors. He kept me up to date on his schedule changes. He finished the job on time & within budget.
I’m keeping him for all my electrical needs.

The service I received from Hadden Electrical was simply outstanding from the receptionist who answered to the phone to the the electricians who completed the work. Royce was so professional and helpful. I would call them again in a heartbeat. Extremely professional and honest. Highly recommend.

I had searched endlessly for a reliable and honest electrician and had no luck. My mom had stumbled upon Hadden Electrical Services on Facebook. I called them and in no time at all someone was at my door to help with my electrical needs. Then, in less than a few days I needed more work done and they came right away! Not only did they help with the electrical they also installed my new over the range microwave! I am so thrilled with the honest, affordable, quick and reliable service I received. Communication was great. Techs were punctual and professional. They did an awesome job running my ethernet from the 1st to 2nd floor. They notify me of a minor issue during installation and made sure it was fixed. I recommend Hadden and will differently will be using them for further projects. My tech Rob was ausome!

Much like the other reviewer, the Hadden representative showed up requiring a $69 fee for the service call, and then a service fee of $330. We had previously requested the fee to be waived when the original quote was requested. We were unable to get an estimate for the repair prior to the visit, even though it only took a short conversation for the electrician to suggest the $330 service fee when he arrived — Hadden, that same discussion could have happened over the phone, but then again there's no potential $69 service call in that scenario (part of the business model).

The electrician requested that I sign a contract prior to the start of work, which was a reasonable request, but prior to signing, I confirmed with the electrician that upon completion of the work that power would be restored to the problem area (our lamp post).

At the end of the service period, the electrician did not restore power to our lamp post. This immediately infuriated me because of the previous conversation about that exact expectation. Instead, I was given an estimate for $1100+ in repairs to restore the power.

This is a mismanagement of expectations, and left us with a bill that amounted to $150/hr of work, which I would have gladly paid to an independent electrician for a more honest conversation.

Hadden has not proposed any solutions to address our concerns.

Also, to make matters worse, the electrician cut a Romex cable without permission and then left the wires disconnected without securing them with wire nuts. A simple flip of a GFI on that same line will create a hot wire.
