Horrible service for being on auto delivery. They put a note on the account to call 24 hours to confirm the need for oil when we were at 25%. They came anyways without calling (this is the second time) and dumped 61 gallons of oil in our tank. When I called and stated if there was some reason we didn’t get a call, the gentleman laughed and said “oh ya, I see the note here, oops sorry about that. Ya, you really didn’t need oil. “. I called back to argue the bill and they then blamed it on their computer system automatically putting out a tag to deliver oil as we were too new of clients. They then switched their answers to “your on automatic delivery. We’re gonna deliver oil to you”. I can’t be bothered with a company who recommended them calling us first then changing their stories. Stay away from this company as they are not honest and not trustworthy.
