This company is just excellent. Every time I have a problem they come right away. They are friendly they are courteous. They are responsive they are genuine and I trust them. There's nobody else that I would call.

After hours I was calling around to find someone to help me get my mother's furnace working again. John(I think his name was) called me back and was really nice in explaining to me why they were not able to help. We then hung up so I could find someone who could. However, maybe 5 minutes later he called me back with the name and number of a very nice company that is currently helping me. 5 stars for going out of your way for helping me. Thank you so much!!!

Really nice service. Came on time, spend the whole day fixing the problem. charged a very fair price. When something else unrelated went wrong with plumbing, came out to fix it at no charge. Very pleased.Will continue to use them. Live in Brookfield.

I can not say enough about this company. Bobby, Jim, and Tyler are great. Jim saved the day by finishing the installation of a downdraft kitchen range that another contractor walked off the job on the day before christmas eve. They go above and beyond.

Had a leaky valve cap. Called owner and sent pictures of needed replacement. Owner stated that he would send plumber out to assess. We did not need an initial assessment, as we sent in pictures of exactly what needed replacement. Owner promised that we would not be charged for initial visit, yet we were charged, and owner refused to negate charges.

We later came to find out that we were charged $432.00 for parts that cost much less than $100.00. Stay away from this dishonorable company.

Recently had a condo inspection and need a toilet repair. Robbie came out and did a great job! This is my second experience with Brookfield Plumbing and both times they were terrific. It's also great to support a family business instead of some large operation. Thanks Brookfield!

I highly recommend Brookfield Plumbing. They return calls very promptly, are professional and do excellent work. I called them late Friday afternoon about a water heater that wasn’t working. I received a call back within 5 minutes. The supply house was closed for the weekend. They picked up the heater first thing Monday and we were up and running within an hour.

Excellent and prompt service with a fair price for my water heater replacement. Bob came down to estimate it 30 mins after the call. Rob installed the water heater the next day it was delivered. Will definitely use the service again and recommend it to my friends. I came across other plumbing firms with hundreds of Goog reviews and they were just disappointing with ridiculous pricing or never called me back

My main water valve was leaking at my house so I called Brookfield Plumbing. They came right to my house that same day and fixed this issue. Great technicians and friendly service. Five stars and I will definitely use them again.

Brookfield Plumbing is an impressive company. Today my call was answered by Don who was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly & professional. He immediately set my mind at ease & promptly scheduled a service call. The 2 young men he dispatched (Robby & Zach) arrived within the hour. They quickly repaired the leak which was in a very tight crawl space— & took great effort to access—and also took care of a 2nd minor plumbing issue as well.
