Russ Richardson Plumbing coordinated with my building contractors to remove/reinstall my existing Water Heater (they previously installed that too), and remove/replace my old heating system. They suggested a system for me based on my needs and usage. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and professionalism. The new system has been so much more efficient that it paid for itself in less than two years compared to what I spent monthly on my old one.

Russell is busy because he does great work. He is also extremely communicative, returning calls right away. I really appreciate this about him. He is kind and patient, even at midnight, when we had to bother him with a frozen pipe!

He was amazing! He came in and out. We contacted another plumber and he said we need a special parts to order and never came back but he came and fixed within 10min. He knows what he is doing. And really fair charge! And he showed up as he planned!

I’ve used Russ for many years for plumbing help. From emergencies to routine repairs. He’s always been responsive and does good work. Very knowledgeable, often diagnosing and fixing the problem in 15-30 minutes.

90 minutes after my initial call the plumber was in my house resolving the issue. He even took care of a separate issue I was having. Very responsive, quality work and the end price was extremely fair. Highly recommended!

Having built a business myself stressing customer service starting with the first phone contact I knew this would be a first class experience and it was. Called on Monday morning and they sent someone over that afternoon. Great communication, got a text and a call from the guy that came. He was quick and efficient, even tightened a loose faucet that was completely unrelated to the job. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again
