Charged me $186 dollars to stick my knife into garbage disposal to "unjam". Wanted me to spend 800 on new disposal and kept trying to find other plumbing issues in my home. Nothing got fixed and in our $245.

we need an electrician quickly to close on our house, we called rapid service and they changed out 5 recepticles to gfi's. ( 5 gfi"s at $25 each and 2 hours work tops )no problem with the work but when i got the bill of $1058.00 i almost passed out. bottom line, if you don't want to overpay only use them in a pinch.

Very dissatisfied. Over charged for priming my well and changing a pressure valve. Tried to tell me I needed to replace my entire well system. After getting 3 more FREE consultations that all said I just needed a new foot valve and jet body assembly. I was charged a very reasonable fee, which was mostly labor. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!!

Get another plumber get another plumber. The only reason why I even gave them one star is because that's the least you can do to write this review. My well pump went and the well cap was underneath the surface my tenants we're becoming very nervous because there was no water I called this company and mr. Andy showed up. I was told that he just poked around in the yard a little bit from my tenants but was charged over $300 is for him to show up and do a diagnostics test. Andy called me at home and told me it was going to cost me another $500 for him to come out the next day and locate the well. He also told me from his expertise I'm looking at around $5,000 to $7,000 to fix this problem and this is after I told him I knew nothing about Plumbing or the well. I went out there the next morning and I noticed that he was using a driving rod in a certain area after that I took it upon myself to figure out how to do this and do it myself let's just say in the end it only cost me $500 LOL this company is a con and I refuse to let them do this to anyone else. I can't even imagine what they do to the elderly. Andy you're a Con Bro and no matter how many fake reviews you guys right I'll make sure this one is right behind it. I HAVE SPOKE OF THIS TO SEVERAL LOCAL HARDWARE STORES as well as group granite in Colchester Connecticut they all say the same thing (Andy is a Con, im not surprised he said 7000.00) Get another plumber get another plumber.. I called to complain about this crazy pricing and Andy called me back LOL why the hell would I want to talk to Andy when I just called the company to complain about Andy??? I was nervous I was going to get charged for that voicemail he left me. Trust me do not go with this company at least get a second opinion first

Buyer beware. Look elsewhere for service. Rapid service incorrectly installed a water heater for me only 4 years ago that already failed. I paid 2x what I should have then. Even though the water heater is warranteed by the manufacturer, they will not stand by their work when questioned about labor price and opportunity to talk with the service manager. I'm not one to write reviews, but owe it to my neighbors to help you make a better choice than I did.

Technician arrives and instantly was saying there's a lot more that has to be done here, then starts adding other work. Then before giving me a number, he says that would be an $89 charge. The individual that I spoke to on the phone mentioned nothing about a charge, and when I told the technician that, he told me that the person he speaks to at the office said that during my phone call I wouldn't give him my information. Which is a total and complete lie. Seems to me that rapid service is a rip-off company that tries to add on extra work and a technician that arrived was disrespectful unprofessional, and I hope no one ever chooses to even call this place as they are a waste of time

We woke up this morning to a water heater spraying water all over our basement with growing accumulations of water. Rapid service made time for us first thing in the morning and had it solved with a new water heater installed within a few hours. We are very happy.
