We woke up this morning to a water heater spraying water all over our basement with growing accumulations of water. Rapid service made time for us first thing in the morning and had it solved with a new water heater installed within a few hours. We are very happy.

Andy very graciously came out to repair a leaky toilet at the end of the day. Did a fantastic job! Super personable guy. Give him a call!

We had a clog in our septic system and Ozzy V came out very quickly. He was completely knowledgeable and got the job done, he’s professional and courteous. We learned how our system works completely as he was fixing our problem he explained every single step. My husband and I would definitely recommend him and his services.

I had Rapid Service out last year to do a repair under my kitchen sink and I was very impressed with how professional the plumber was. So when I noticed that my water heater was getting rusty, I knew would be calling them again. I also had issues with a couple of my outlets and an issue with my tub spout leaking. I was told they have people on staff that could help with all of it. It's nice to know that I don't have to hunt down and make a bunch of calls to different people to get things done. The office calls when their guy is on the way and my home is left clean after the repairs are done. Everyone that I've dealt with is friendly and they make things clear for the "average Joe" to understand. A+ for customer service and timely repairs.

Rapid Service is the only company we turn to for our electrical and plumbing needs, whether it is an emergency or a planned visit. Most recently Andy handled the replacement of our electrical panel which involved interior and exterior work. This work was completed in one day! They also handled contacting CL+P and the town building inspector to set up the necessary follow up appointments. (The building inspector raved about the quality of the work that was done and said he wished all inspections could go so smoothly.) Our most recent plumbing work, exterior frost-free hose faucet, bathroom faucet and under the counter/basement pipes replacement, was handled by Ozzie and his son. These folks at Rapid Service are very professional and we have gotten to know them very well over the years. They have been there for us during some big time emergencies. Our water heater was leaking all over the basement and Andy came right over and get this - had a replacement water heater on his truck, so the repair was handled same day and we could get on with the clean up. There was also another time where we woke up to smoke in the basement coming from our well pump. As luck would have it, it was snowing that day and travel was really bad. Even though it wasn't safe for the trucks to go out, Ozzie still took his personal vehicle and came out to help us identify the problem, which ended up being a problem with the main line at the pole outside. We contacted CL+P and the issue was resolved that same evening. I could go on and on, but take my word, you get what you pay for with these folks and more. I cannot tell you how comforting it is to know that if an electrical or plumbing problem comes up, I don't have to worry. I don't have to scour the yellow pages or internet lists looking for help, I just have to make one call to trusted old friends.

We had Ozzy come out to fix our well pump and tank. He was super polite and very professional. His partner was Ryan, I think, they were both wonderful and did a fantastic job. I am very grateful to them for their work ethic and expertise. Thanks guys!

We recently had a tree fall on our electrical lines during one of the past rain/wind storms, ripping the lines almost all the way off the house. The same night it happened I called Rapid Service(around 11pm) to see if I could leave a message for someone to come out the next day(since I couldn't get power until that was fixed). Andy answered the phone(to my surprise) and took my info and said they'd most likely get me in the next day and that I would hear from them between 8-830am. Sure enough I was able to get an appt with Andy to come do a temporary fix on the lines so that when the electric company came out to fix their end I would have power and I made an appt with him to come back the following week to do the permanent install. He is friendly & knowledgable. The new install looks great and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Andy and assistant replaced my kitchen sink pipes from under the sink all the way to my septic drain. Wonderful job! The sink drains the best it ever has! Real pros! Courteous and cheerful! Will call again if another plumbing problem arises!

Rapid Service is outstanding - they have done work on our house many times in the past several years, including replacing water tank, furnace, septic pump. Most recently, this past year Andy and his team replaced our 40+ year old furnace and oil tank. At the beginning of the furnace job, Andy told us he could install it within two days. There were multiple unexpected complications during the job, but he and his team worked late into the evening both days to get it done on time. He also limited the time we went without water to less than a day. A month or so later, Rapid Service responded very quickly to our call about water leaking into the basement, and worked closely with our insurance company during the evaluation and did a fantastic job replacing and painting the walls and ceiling. He and the Rapid Service team are always friendly and very professional, and do great work - we wouldn't hesitate to contact them again!

Rapid Service is expensive. But, you get what you pay for, i have been their customer for years. They use the best quality parts and they have an excellent work ethic. Yeah they charge a lot but my plumbing issues are always fixed the first time. No shortcuts with these guys. Im very happy.

We have used Rapid Service on our previous home and our new home. They have done plumbing, electrical, carpentry, kitchen appliances and bathroom tile. The work they perform is explained in advance, the costs are explained in advance and the results always exceed our expectations. For the bathroom tile they had to re-build to create straight and level conditions and it took the technician a while before he was satisfied with his own work before even starting the tile. They are always courteous and take the time to explain to non professionals. And the office is always pleasant and will make things right. I recommend Rapid Service for any home task. They are fair and honest and will not try to get you to do more than you need. You may find someone cheaper to do the work, but for the highest quality and positive service choose Rapid. I needed a plumber to unhook and reattach my faucets in the kitchen and bathroom as a result of installing new countertops. I was able to call less than a week in advance and get this service scheduled. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. She stayed on top of contacting me about dates/timings. They showed up as scheduled - right date and on time. Professional. Did a high quality job and left the place cleaned up afterwards. Right from the start, I felt confident in their abilities and trusted I was getting the servicing I was paying for. And just very friendly as well! All around great experience!! Will definitely use Rapid Service for my future plumbing needs.

Recently called on a busy Monday morning with a well issue. Rachel, Andy and Ryan were great! Rachel communicated in a timely manner and let us know when they can get here, what would happen when they arrive and the cost. I have been using Rapid Services for years and will continue to do so. Not only are they extremely timely and do excellent work, the level of service from the office to the service is top notch. Rachel in the office is great at getting back to you to schedule service. And Andy and Ozzie are not only great at what they do, they provide you education and knowledge about your systems. Because of the information Ozzie provided to me years ago, I was able to know when my well pump was falling apart and would need replacement instead of the situation becoming an emergency. I'm very greatful for this knowledge. If you are looking for plumbing, electrical or heating work/repairs this should be your go-to company. Hands down.

Wonderful! Rachel may be the best dispatcher I've interacted with. The service techs (Ozzy and Andy) were absolutely professional and friendly. They showed up on time, provided a fair quote and did amazing work in and completed quickly.
Honestly, this is the best plumbing service I've seen in a good while.
