Home Services reviews in Cos Cob, Connecticut

We’ve been extremely pleased with WHATACLEANING. The team is always on time, friendly and they do a great job. Highly recommend!

I have been using their services for over a year, and I always look forward for when they come over. They always leave the apartment looking fresh and clean. They also take initiative when they see an opportunity to make small changes that would result with better organization of my stuff. They do their best to accommodate any changes in our agreed schedule.

Paid for a deep clean and only a wipe down was performed with main surfaces missed.
Dust & dirt left in the corners and window sills.
When brought the quality to Navids attention she stoped answering me

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with What a Cleaning LLC and the exceptional service they provide. From the very beginning, it was evident that this company is organized and professional, making scheduling a breeze. Their communication is top-notch, and they are always friendly and accommodating.

One of the things that sets What a Cleaning LLC apart is their understanding and tolerance of my two noisy dogs. Many cleaning services might find it challenging to work in a home with energetic pets, but Navid and her team handle it with ease and a smile. They truly make my dogs feel at ease while they work their magic.

Speaking of magic, the cleaning job they do is simply outstanding. I appreciate the attention to detail and the thoroughness with which they clean every nook and cranny of my home. What's even better is the choice of cleaning products they use. Unlike other companies that employ strong-smelling products that can be overwhelming, What a Cleaning LLC opts for gentle, fresh-scented products that leave my home smelling fantastic and not overpowering. I no longer feel like I can't breathe after a cleaning session, and that makes a world of difference.

Navid and her team are not only excellent at what they do, but they are also genuinely sweet and kind individuals. Their friendliness and warmth create a positive and enjoyable experience, making me look forward to each visit.

What truly speaks volumes about the quality of their service is the fact that my husband, who never paid much attention to cleaning in the past, actually noticed the difference after What a Cleaning LLC worked their magic. That is a huge testament to the level of excellence they bring to their work.

I highly recommend What a Cleaning LLC to anyone in need of a cleaning service that goes above and beyond. They are organized, communicative, friendly, and thorough. With their pet-friendly approach, wonderful cleaning products, and exceptional team, they have won my loyalty as a customer. Thank you, Navid and the team, for making my home a cleaner, fresher, and happier place to live!

Navid and team are incredible. They are always on time, great communication and attention to detail. Will highly recommend them.

Navid and her team worked wonders when we needed a deep clean, and have reliably maintained our home’s cleanliness. They come on time, well prepared, and with a smile

We have been using Whatacleaning service for over 6 months and are extremely pleased with their service. Navid and her team are very professional, do an amazing job, and are the best cleaning service around. Our home always looks great, they do not use harsh smelling chemicals to clean, which we love. After working a long day, coming home to clean home is the best. They are very responsive to any questions or messages we have left. We could not be happier with Whatacleaning. Struck gold with Navid and her services. Absolutely recommend Whatacleaning.

Been a happy client of this cleaning service for several months now. Navid is very professional, prompt in communication & even accommodating of schedule changes. She comes with her team and all of them are honest, friendly & respectful of your property. They do thorough job cleaning. My requests about use of clean products, specific cleaner for the treated wood floors, special attention to some problem areas etc, are always taken care of. The cleaning products they use smell refreshing, but not overpowering. Occasionally I also find them putting special touches like organizing my cleaning supplies closet on their own which I was procrastinating. On rare occasions of some small oversights, when pointed out to Navid, she returned (with smile), to fix those immediately, even when I didn’t ask her to. I like her commitment to her work and would highly recommend this service to others.

Navid and her team are a breathe of fresh air. They are always on time, always professional, and always walk in with a warm smile on their faces. They bring energy, their own equipment and supplies, they welcome our two sweet puppies with snuggles, and use supplies that are safe for our family and pets. Navid and her team are consistent, honest, and we love the way they go above and beyond with things such as: making toilet paper flowers or arranging our “snack” table. We are so lucky to have found Navid and her team!!!

Navid and her team do a great job! Navid is responsive and accommodating with schedule changes and super friendly. It’s a highlight of my week returning home from work after she and her team have cleaned our home!

Navid and her team do an excellent job of cleaning our house! I appreciate the small touches including toilet paper flowers (huge hit for our toddler). She is very trustworthy and an excellent communicator. I love that we can arrange for her to come on extra days for when our house needs an additional clean. We are so lucky to have found her!

We’ve been working with Navid and her team for months. Our house just keeps looking better and better! Her team really cares and it shows. They are responsive, easy to work with and very professional. They are super accommodating of our 3 dogs….which is a bonus and a blessing.

I love the work that Navid and her crew do to make my home feel clean and organized after they come. I have had weekly cleanings since February 2023. They always leave my house sparkling, and they leave special touches. Navid is always proactive, noticing things she can help with, and from time to time she will continue doing these “extra” things that I am not paying her more to do, she just does them. I trust them implicitly with not only doing a great job, but also in working through issues as they arise which is natural (she immediately replaced something my the crew accidentally broke). Navid has also graciously accepted feedback when we have had it. One example is that my husband is particular about how the grates for the burners on the stove get put back. I showed her how to do it, and she put the feedback into action. It’s these things plus consistently great service that mean that this service has become an integral part of my home and my week. Beyond operating a great business, Navid is a wonderful and joyful person. She brings an infectiously positive attitude and smiles every time. I am grateful to her for the great service she provides that goes beyond expectation. I found her via an instagram ad. If you are wondering if you should try her services out, I genuinely recommend that you should give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!!

Title: Exceptional Cleaning Service - Highly Recommended!

I have been using Navid's cleaning services for over a year now, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Navid is one of the few cleaning professionals I've worked with who has never canceled last minute. In fact, she goes above and beyond by always sending a confirmation the day prior to our scheduled appointment.

WHAT-A-CLEANING Solutions LLC was fantastic to work with. They were on time, easy to communicate with, and did an awesome job from start to finish. Every room looked better than when they arrived, and nothing felt rushed or half-done.
