Tree reviews in Coventry, Connecticut

The crew was very professional, and spoke with me about any questions they had. Execution was flawless, with difficult tree removals. There two particularly difficult tree removals, one where several trees had fallen on a third, and one that was very high and inbetween 2 other trees. Both instances were in close proximity to the house and deck. No damage to any structures. Some ground impressions were noted, but expected with the work. The crew cleaned up nicely and did a good job of smoothing impressions where applicable. I would recommend them for all tree service needs!

Justin’s crew, Pete & Alex, did a great job of topping dead ash trees along my backyard. It was a pleasure watching Alex up in his bucket, expertly cutting and sending chunks off onto the woods. Professional, friendly, and leaving no mess or ruts in the yard.
I highly recommend Arbortech for any tree work.

I had a cluster of about 6 trees real close to my house. The guys that did the work were excellent. Very safe and polite workers. They not only got the job done but cleaned up the the yard as well. I would highly recommend this company.

During the night a thunder storm knocked down a very large branch that fell onto our house that took down our power and internet lines at night. We called Arbortech 9AM the next morning. Lindsey and Kate took our information and notified their crews. At 2PM they showed up and removed the tree branch and debris by 4:30!!!!!!! Justin, Lindsey, Kate and crew were totally amazing!

Long review but it’ll be worth reading it all. We had two huge trees to remove, one medium one, several smaller ones, plus some tree trimming. When Justin from Arbortech recommended using a large crane for the job instead of a bucket truck or other conventional equipment my first thought was “sounds expensive.” But when Lindsey called with their quote I was surprised how low it was given the scope of work. And Arbortech’s approach had the benefit the tree limbs being lifted over our property versus being downed and dragged over it. Plus no heavy equipment would be driven over our lawn risking damage to our lawn or septic system. Once work began I understood Justin’s unique approach. The crane had a 130 foot arm with a ball hanging from a cable, their man Alex connected himself to the ball and the crane lifts him over 100 feet up (see photo) and lowers him into the tree tops where he fastens a chain to a trunk then he drops down, disconnects from the crane and cuts the tree. Then the crane hauls the whole top half of the tree off. With this method they were able to remove a 100 foot tall tree in just two swipes! The crane gently lowered these huge tree pieces onto a landing area on my driveway (protected by plywood sheets) where upon Pete, Santos and the rest of the Arbortech crew descended on it like crazed carpenter ants to cut it up and process it. Unbelievable! It’s far more efficient than conventional methods. Most tree service firms can’t replicate this, first they aren’t as innovative as Arbortech and second they’re (frankly) scared to climb whereas Justin’s crew is an elite delta team willing to go with enthusiastic elan where others fear. Lastly they did a great job with the final clean up. All I can say is, “I’ll be back!”

This is our second time using Arbortech to remove some trees, and they're the absolute best!!! Superior work performed, and the clean-up was beyond my satisfaction. They even removed a pile of banches ( some large) from two previous storms without charging us extra. Just great work all together!!! I would highly rcommend Arbortech to anyone requiring tree service or removal.

Justin and his crew did a fantastic job! A great team effort. I had several trees I wanted taken down. I met with Justin to discuss what I wanted done and he went above and beyond. I was not there to observe the progression of the job but when my wife and I arrived a few days later, we were ecstatic with the final outcome……we could actually see our home and have some sunlight. We also heard from our abutting neighbors how hard Justin and his crew worked. They were very impressed. Great job! Great price! Great team! We highly recommend Arbortech. Pictures were taken by our neighbor on this side of the house.

Recently they trimmed a massive inaccessible oak tree that required climbing. Last year they trimmed trees around the house and garage and near the road with a bucket truck. They are professional, reliable, able to schedule work within a few weeks, and a pleasure to work with.

From start to finish our experience with Arbortech was wonderful! Lindsey was extremely responsive and worked with us to set up both the estimate and schedule the work. She even communicated with our neighbor to coordinate the timing as we needed to use their driveway for the job. Justin came promptly to look at our trees, explained our options in a very clear an professional way, and gave us an extremely fair estimate. The guys who came and did the work did a really great job and cleaned up everything afterwards, so we (and our neighbor) were very happy. They were also very friendly and gracious even though they were working during a crazy heat wave- they appreciated the popsicles I gave them! I highly recommend Arbortech Tree Service!

The crew did an awesome job. On time, reliable, friendly, informative. Completed everything they said they would and left our property in better shape than when they started. We highly recommend Arbortech.

We have had Arbortech Tree take down and remove several batches of trees between 2019-2024. The pricing is very fair, the work is amazing and done timely. We HIGHLY recommend this company for all the work they offer.

Very professional and easy to work with. Took four big trees and several branches down in our yard in the middle of winter. Took lots of care not to damage our lawn. Would definitely use Arbor Tech again!

Massive tree in a little back yard. These guys came in and made it look easy. Fast and professional.

We were so pleased with ArborTech Tree Inc. from start to finish. The owner Justin was very responsive, knowledgeable, Pleasant to work with. He was great at communication and his crew was extremely meticulous. Went above and beyond what we expected. Extremely thorough. Took the time to respond to any questions we had. When they finish, you’d hardly even know that we had any trees cut down. And we had a lot of trees cut down.

We were so impressed that we are having more trees cut down in the near future.
We highly recommend them. The entire team was a pleasure to work with.

Arbortech Tree Inc. was fabulous to work with from start to finish. Justin and his crew are personable, they listen and they do what they say they will. I had two very large oaks removed from near my house as well as saplings removed from a slope behind my house.
The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up everything. I thought the price was fair. I would not hesitate to give them a call if I need further tree work done.
On a side note, I wanted a little pine for decorating that was on the slope. They cut it down and put it out of harms way. Thank you Justin & crew!

I needed to have a large Norway maple tree removed and wanted to get at least three estimates. Eric's tree service came out and gave me a somewhat reasonable quote of $3500, then a week later before I had gotten another estimate from a different company Eric's tree service texted me and said they'd be in the area the following week, I called them and they said they had to revisit the estimate. They came back out continued to tell me her personal problems and that my neighbor would have to move his trailer. She then sent me a new quote of $7231!!! I called Arbortech and Justin came over on the day scheduled and was my most reasonable quote! He also said my neighbor wouldn't need to move his trailer. Justin and his crew arrived on time and did a phenomenal job!! They are true professionals! They cleaned up everything. They had had to remove a fence panel and when they put it back it was more secure than it had been when it had been originally installed. Justin's quote was $4700 less than Eric's! This experience with Arbortech was purely positive I highly recommend this company! Thank you Justin, Lindsey and the rest of the crew, you guys rock!!

I picked Arbortech Tree because of the great things people said about them in their reviews and I am glad I did. Everything with them was so easy from scheduling an estimate, having the work done timely and the perfect completion of the job. Justin and his team did a great job removing our trees and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done.

Justin and his team (including the office staff) are very friendly and do excellent work!! We have needed them 3 times in the past few years (bad luck, lol). Every time they have done a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Extremely happy with the several times we've had Arbor Tech out. Professional and reasonably priced. We're impressed by how carefully they plan their projects and clean up afterwards as well. Highly recommend!

Great job by the team! quick response from initial inquiry to job completion. removed three trees and shaped three more trees. Crew was professional and confirmed the scope of work before completing. Yard looks great and our magnolia has never looked better! Would encourage others to give them a shot!

After having three other companies to the house to get quotes, we had Justin come from Arbortech. He took the time to explain what trees should definitely come down for safety, which other trees he would suggest taking down, and which just needed a trim. We know nothing about trees and Justin explained everything in a way we understood and made his recommendations without us feeling any type of pressure to get specific work done. Lindsey in the office, went through the total estimate with us, helped us prioritize trees to get in our budget, and set all of the work up for us, including the paperwork. She was organized, efficient, and extremely friendly. The job was supposed to take multiple days to complete, but because of extreme cold in the upcoming forecast, both crews came bright and early (before 8:00!) and got the entire job completed in just one day! They worked hard and efficiently while being extremely safe while cutting trees above our roof. The men working were also extremely friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. One of the men at the house asked multiple times what we thought of the work and made sure we were happy with what was done. Additionally, Lindsey called after the work was completed to ensure we were satisfied with the work (which we definitely are)! My only complaint about Arbortech is I got no work done all day because their work was just mesmerizing to watch! In all honesty, I highly, HIGHLY recommend this company from beginning to end for any tree cutting or trimming services you may need!
