Tree reviews in Danbury, Connecticut

Thanks Matt and team! You all did a GREAT job of clearing the Danbury Animal Welfare Society (DAWS) property line in preparation for our new fence and dog play yards. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. We appreciated that you cleaned up everything and took away the debris. Kudos and thanks again!

Bart’s did an exceptional job of removing several trees. They were thorough, timely and at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Matt and his team is fantastic to work with. They completed all work in a timely and professional manner. We would use them again and highly recommend them.

Always an amazing experience using Barts. Arrived on time, cleared a huge area in a short time and left everywhere spotless. Always seem to go above and beyond. I wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you Matt and the team!

Matt and his crew were able to do the job two other companies couldn’t do. The removed a precarious tree without having to drop the electric wires, and the did the job in less than two hours. I can’t recommend them high enough.

Great job pruning our Japanese maples and weeping cherry tree.

BARTS is top of its class. Always answers the call and gets the Job done. Very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend. 5 star all the way!

These guys are great! The crew works very well together and appear to like their work. They were quick, efficient, and cleaned up so nicely that, except for the missing trees, no one would know any work was done.

Great work! Job was done quickly and beautifully. Also, reasonable price and great communication. Will definitely use again!

Barts Tree Service is an excellent company. They are reliable and fairly priced. I highly recommend them.

Great experience. They took down two very large trees in a very difficult position in relation to property, home, vegetation/landscaping. The team was very careful to keep their impact to a minimum and cleaned up the area to the point one would be hard pressed to tell that any work utilizing significant mechanized equipment took place. I can't say enough about this company and their people.

Fantastic experience, crew was VERY efficient, neat. We've used Bart's Tree Service for many years and plan on continuing to use their services for any tree work.

They did a great job taking down the tree; it was very close to my house, and they did a perfect job. The cleanup was amazing. I have used this company before and would highly recommend them to friends.

Bart's Tree Service is the best. Whether needed for an immediate service, general pruning or removing trees that are not healthy, Matt and his team respond and work in a professional knowledge. I also rely on Bart's to insure the health of my trees using their knowledge to ensure trees are treated if diseased. Highly recommend.

Bart's Tree Service is by far the best option to call if you have a tree that needs to be trimmed or removed. The team is fast, neat, and really good at what they do. Matt couldn't be easier to work with.

Bart's is always professional, reliable and on time. Great communication and completes any given work in a timely fashion and leaves job site in great shape. Thank you!

If you have been searching for a reliable, reputable Arborist/Tree service look no further. This company has upped the bar on delivering all the above. From the detailed and comprehensive estimate to the skilled crew and clean up, the day was well organized and the property was left in tip top shape. I was extremely impressed with the crew who handled a variety of detailed assignments, including the professionalism displayed to an irate neighbor who had no basis for complaint.
Cutting limbs, pruning hedges, pruning to structure large trees, scrub removal, shaping, included climbers, bucket removal and chipper. In addition, the post documentation via drone left nothing to the imagination. Matt is well known for his generosity to local Community endeavors. IHe is a trusted resource. I highly endorse his company without reservation.

I’m so pleased with how fast Barts responded and scheduled the work. Very reasonable rates and very professional. Everything was handled electronically online and make it very easy to accept proposal and pay. Nice work and left everything clean. Thanks!

Our house is surrounded by trees that have on several occasions required removal or major trimming over the 20+ years we have lived here. Barts has by far, been the best and most responsive tree company we have dealt with. Matt is a delight to work with. He responds quickly to all requests, spent time examining every tree we were concerned about and looked at others we had not identified. He helped us prioritize those needing immediate removal or trimming and others that we could watch, without taking any action at this time. He has top of the line professionals and equipment enabling the safe removal of several large trees and limbs that endangered our house, despite the challenge of working on rock ledge and over a lake. The crew were amazingly skilled, hard working and pleasant, with 3 men working steadily over 8 hours to get the extensive work done. As an added bonus, they left us stacks of wood cut into small enough sections for us to split and use for several winters to come. They chipped the rest and cleaned up thoroughly. It is with complete enthusiasm that we recommend this company if you love your trees but understand the threat that dead trees and limbs can pose if not properly removed by knowledgeable professionals .

Matt was great to work with - responsive and professional. His guys and trucks showed up, they were friendly and worked diligently to grind out our stumps (4 - deep grinding not just 8" and done), haul the wood chips into our woods, fill the holes with topsoil, and dress with grass seed and hay. They cleaned up nicely and were done. I'd definitely use Bart's for future tree removal or arborist needs.
