Do not call this people. It is total rip off.

One of their vans were driving recklessly on 91N and almost side swiped and rear ended my vehicle.

Absolutely useless staff who was also very rude, parking lot stunk of marijuana, do not recommend at all.
Should really be an option to leave less than one star

All these review responses saying call customer services to rectify … I’ve been trying that for a week . I had a tech came out who gave me the wrong info - accidents happen - but I’m pissed at the company who doesn’t stand behind their products or technicians I’m about 3,000 in the hole now with no working mixer .

Average people might think it’s just a dishwasher, or just an oven, but it’s more than that. When it’s a HOBART, it’s a piece of high quality kitchen equipment that lasts forever. Best kitchen equipment and best service hands down.

Still waiting for a call back from them. UPDATE: After a few months I called again and got an appointment set up to repair my commercial dishwasher. The main reason for going from 1 star to 5 stars is the service technician that came out to fix the dishwasher. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took pride in his work. He was finished in under 2 hours and had my entire motor installed and not a single drop of water leaked from anywhere. It was by far the best service call I have ever experienced in the commercial world. As long as he is there, you will always have my business. Thank You.
