Appreciate the constant weekly lawn service and the recent mulch work at our home.

The Kobos crew did a terrible job, and they were rude, disrespectful, and had little care for our property. They sprayed black mulch all over our plants and white home, and they left a giant mess. The mulch stained the paint on our house, and it killed some of our plants. They also rolled over several plant beds with their lawnmowers. They would also just throw their cigarette butts in our yard. The owner, Eric, was always apologetic and made promises of change, but change never happened. We stopped using Kobos.

We were loosing our lawn service and Kobos took over the contract. What to except? We regularly see the on-sight team headed by Chris. Chris is exceptional! He listens, he responds, he is a most pleasant fellow, and our yard reflects his listening and care for an especially "good look". Often accompanied by one or more, the team produces a really "good look.". Looking forward to having Kobos this winter for our snow removal! Thank you!

This guy needs to learn how to use a tape measure. This is the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with in my life, and I can’t Believe the audacity that these bullies have when dealing with the public. What a nightmare. Run away. I don’t leave negative reviews for anyone, just click them and follow my link of reviews. It’s 99.9% positive reviews for me. Accountability and reasoning are not part of their dialogue, the only thing they want to tell you is how successful and how Well That they are doing. Dismissive and glib. They have their book of business and that’s exactly And they don’t need another dollar on top of it nor are they capable of handling More business. Cannot read a tape measure.
