I am not sure what the trick is to getting these guys out to your house. Maybe they only do commercial work?

Two different phone calls to them about a month apart for a non-emergency, pretty simple job.

Both calls were answered promptly and politely. He knew what the problem was. He knew how to fix it. Hell be at the house later this week to look.

But never actually shows up or calls...

Yes I just had a simple job for them to hook up a few outlets when I put a new addition on to my house. It was incredibly difficult to get them out there and when they did they did a job that I had to call a secondary company to come and fix their mistakes cuz apparently they hooked all of the outlets up in correctly
