Riley Electric replaced my whole house generator with a new natural gas model. Everything was done on time and on budget. All the work was excellent. Dan and his team go above and beyond. He came out on a Saturday in freezing cold weather to do the final setup because we were getting a big storm the next day. I would highly recommend Riley Electric if you’re looking for a generator.

I rely on Riley Electric. They make appointments for me within same few days of my requests. They have taken care of all my electric problems as well as installed a whole house generator and a new electric meter. Dan the dad and Dan the son are the owners. Great family business providing great service in our town.

We had 5 companies come out and Dan Riley long time electrician/ owner came out as well himself . He was the only one to ask about our electric vehicles, check our multiple panels, We were looking to use our propane delivery system on our house and Dan spent the time review and to show the system was not big enough and showed me the math. All the others said it would be fine. The other companies were showing a 8kw less generator. Dan was the only to put load management into the works. Most of our tie ups were not Riley's fault, they were town inspections and the propane company. Remember when installing a personal power plant there are many cogs in the wheel, so time constrains would be be beyond Riley's control, The generator install went smoothly quick and after the town and propane company finally finished their tasks. Test day -Dan met me at the house and turned the breaker on the transfer switch to off to make it seem like a power failure from the street power and in about 15 seconds you could hear the generator fire up and soon after like MAGIC the lights came on . Dan spent the time to walk through the house and have us put on the dryer, stove, stove top, microwave all worked seamless on our new powerplant.
I feel the price was fair and competitive but the knowledge and expertise was worth a lot more. We also contracted Riley to do other work on our electrical system and they also spotted some future concerns on our plumbing. Again My family and I would HIGHLEY RECOMMEND
I know we are all set in our next power failure.

I found water coming out of my panel, I called Riley and they immediately came out. They came back the next day with a new panel, arranged the inspector to be there. Did a great job.... Couple years later we had a tree take out the service line, they again came right out re installed the line and new weather head.

More than happy with the service for my Generac whole house generator- they came sooner than expected and did everything for the service at SUCH a reasonable service fee. Being on my own since my husband passed and finding such an honest and reputable company for a service I know nothing about is so comforting and has done allot for my peace of mind.

Just had my new Generac whole house generator installed by Riley electrical and they were awesome to deal with. Came to the appointment prepared with generator brochure and listened to what I needed in my home. So glad I went with them and now I have such peace of mind.

The Riley Electrical technician arrived this morning and performed the 1st annual revision and maintenance of our unit, oil and filter change, all covered by the original purchase. All good. Comforting that they keep track of when, so, one less thing for me to.

The automatic weekly 10 minute check by running the unit and transmitting a diagnostic by WiFi for them to make sure the unit is working properly and ready to function at all times or if a problem arises, they can take action right away is hardly noticeable and also provides assurance of the unit and the responsible care of it by Riley Electrical LLC.

Super professional, solid guy! Came out do give me a quote on some work. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of our control we couldn't proceed. He's done amazing work for friends of mine though! I'm definitely going back to him in the future when I'm able to proceed!

If you want something done right the first time.Craig the owner is the one to get.I just moved to East Windsor.I called him up he was here that day to give me a estimate and came back the next day on time as promised.In this day and age it hard to find someone you can put your trust into. Professional and attention to details is how he operates. And no I dont know him.I just moved here from out of state.
