Very high on prices..Shifty owner and rude.
You can buy the exact same items for half the cost at Lowes no
matter what they tell you there...trust me.
They really put the screws to my nephew who later found out exact same items cost way less at other supply houses.

We recently lost our kitchen in a fire and needed to purchase a sink and faucet to go with our new cabinets and counters. Torrco is a great plumbing and supply store offering top notch products to enhance your home.

Our experience dealing with Torrco gets 5 stars because of Sarah, their design consultant. She is very knowledgeable, pleasant and totally non pressure to deal with. We plan to renovate our bathroom in the first quarter of 2020 and won’t think twice about using any other supplier to assist us in this renovation. Torrco is number 1!!!

Last year, we began a really rough, emotional, unexpected renovation in our new-to-us house. I was completely unprepared and had never done a remodel before. I had to really rely on any professional who could help. I am so blessed that Sarah Thomas at Torrco was one of them. My contractor spoke so highly of her, and I can see why she is often recommended.

Sarah basically held my hand through the process of building back my laundry room/half bath. In a pandemic. And largely done via email and phone, as I am immunocompromised. She’s like magic!

Sarah listens. Sarah considers. Sarah knows her products. And she pulls it all together to make sure her customers have the look they love and the quality they need. I’m so grateful. She did all the design heavy lifting, and yet the space feels like my own. Her guidance is perfection.

On a personal note, Sarah is also easy to talk to. She’s patient and validating. What else can I say? She is a gem. Torrco is lucky to have her.

Torrco has quality supplies and quality staff. I recommend them highly. And I will absolutely use them again—for time for a planned renovation!

The products I got from here work and look great. But I'm mostly giving this review 5 stars because of the awesome design consultant I worked with- Sarah. She is literally amazing. She knows her stuff, she is patient, understanding, super friendly and overall incredibly pleasant to work with. She helped make what can feel like an overwhelming process feel really simple. She's super versatile with style and helps you find the best product for your space, that also fits your style. Which I personally appreciated A TON. She knows whats timeless and more traditional, but also offers amazing perspective into whats new, trendy and unique. When you visit this location I suggest you ask for Sarah!!

If I could give more than five stars I would due to the expert advise I received from design consultant, Sarah Thomas. I was having difficulty figuring out the vanity/fixtures I wanted for my bathroom re-do. She listened and in our first meeting was able to make great suggestions, which now installed I am very pleased with. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and wants you to feel comfortable with the final selection. She even came up with a work around when the granite supplier no longer had the product I had originally picked out in stock. I highly recommend working with Sarah at Torrco and I look forward to working with her again on my next project.

Our contractor and architect recommended Torrco for fixtures for our new kitchen and bathroom. The showroom is beautifully designed and there were lots of samples to see. We worked with Sarah who quickly understood our taste and steered us in the right direction. She was attentive throughout our long build-out and always very responsive. We received expert advice and high quality products. It was a great experience and one-stop shopping for everything we needed.

We had a great experience at TorrCo… we were re-doing our guest bathroom and looking for new fixtures and sink. They have a great selection on display and a great setup in the showroom. The sales people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Sarah and Laura helped us pick the right fixtures and sink. We picked a beautiful Hansgrohe fixture, and when got the wrong setup, Laura helped us got the right parts and even have the Hansgrohe rep delivered the right part to our door!!! Laura was very nice, knowledgeable and shared her expertise with us as we were interested in updating our bathroom.
She gently guided us through the process and provided us with excellent referrals to contractors for installation.
We decided on updating our bathtub and tile surround. The grandbabies love it!
