Carpets looked great after cleaning

NESC recently cleaned the carpets in my condo. I have two small dogs who occasionally have accidents so there were some stains that needed to be removed. They did a fantastic job removing all the stains and the carpets looked amazing. Will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Kevin was thorough, knowledgeable, and obviously enthusiastic about the work. He went above and beyond with his service. Highly recommend.

Will never use anyone else!! When we first bought our house we used a large commercial company and it was awful, they were expensive and difficult to get in touch with after the job was done when we had an issue. We’ve since used New England Steam Clean multiple times and have recommended them to friends and family, all have had good luck. They were able to remove stains we didn’t think would come out (we have pets and kids) and their employees were very courteous. Can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve known Kevin a long time now. He and his team are the utmost professionals! I called him last night and his team is here cleaning carpets at a house we are moving out of within 24 hrs. Appreciate y’all!!!

New England Steam Clean was wonderful to work with. They were very prompt in answering all of my questions. We used them to clean our carpets. We were very comfortable with their process. They used their own water source and disposed of used water with their own equipment. They were very professional and on time. Eric was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Carpets came out great. Would use again.

My experience with New England Steam Clean was beyond fantastic! Stacey was an absolute dream to work with for scheduling and was so flexible and understanding. This company exceeded my expectations. The only problem is scheduling because they are in high demand. I am so glad I went with them over all of the other, very aggressive and questionable competitors.

We called our former carpet cleaner only to hear that he retired. However he offered a recommendation for New England Steam Clean.so we figured we'd give them a go. We received a timely appointment and Eric did an amazing job in our family room, bedroom traffic areas, stair carpet and runners. The carpets haven't looked this good in years. Kudos to our new goto for our carpet cleaning needs.

It’s easy to schedule an appointment. They are flexible if you need to add an item. Eric is very professional, accommodating and knowledgeable.

Toni is always great. House clean and smells so good. She came alone though this time so took longer than normal but she did great job. Only comment is would be nice to get a text or email morning of appointment regarding expected time of arrival.
