Scott showed up for both the quote and the installation promptly and exactly as he said he would. As he and his electrician worked on the installation they made sure that they did quality work and easily dealt with the little non-standard quirks of an older house to the point of fixing a couple of issues that weren't in the bid. Scott was referred to us by another company that was unable to help us with our combination water heater.
In fact, we found that a lot of companies are not willing to help fix these type of systems.
When we called Scott it was clear he knew exactly what the issue we were having could be without even looking at the system. He talked through what might be going on and was able to come out quickly to take a look for us.
We ended up ordering a part for our system and Scott came to install the part and got our system working within a short time!
Other companies told us we needed a whole new system so Scott being able to repair ours saved us thousands.

I called Taylor this morning after my AC stopped working. Within an hour he was onsite working on the issue. He explained what he was doing while he was working and took care of everything in just over an hour or so. He was very polite, capable, and professional.

The cost was very reasonable and I have zero complaints. Highly recommend his services and I'll be using him from now on.
