Best experience I could have asked for! Scott came out promptly, addressed our concerns, explained everything and gave us a more than reasonable quote. We promptly decided he was the man for the job. He replaced our hot water heater, even saw an issue with the washer hookup and fixed that while he was there! Honest, good service, even going the extra mile! He has our business for years to come!

Scott is a top notch professional. Last minute on Labor Day weekend I needed my hot water heater replaced and after contacting Scott he was at my place within an hour!! Quick and efficient service at a fantastic price!! I will be using him for my future needs and will be recommending him to everyone I know. Taylor Home Services installed ductless a/c system in our home in June of 2022. Scott said it would take three days but he and his crew finished in two days. You never know how things will go with a new contractor but Scott was better than I ever expected. Scott and his crew were friendly and neat. Scott did some A/C maintenance and boiler repair for my husband and me. He had originally come out to look the A/C unit, as it wasn’t functioning properly, and my husband asked him look at the boiler while he was here. He was able to save us thousands of dollars on both the a/c and boiler by repairing them, instead of replacing them. Scott was responsive and thorough from our very first contact with him, through the end of the work he did for us. He was friendly, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, and then showed my husband all of the work when it was completed. Scott was very informative and helpful from first contact through the service call the next business day. He was up front with the expected maintenance, yet also made a point to show me how clean my furnace is despite sub par maintenance intervals. He replaced the expected parts and thoroughly examined my system, verifying and demonstrating via multimeter an additional sensor in need replacement even after I had said just go ahead and replace it. He identified a potential failure, how it may present as well as how I can prevent it (no attempt to add additional services or markup parts). Taylor Home Solutions will be my go to for HVAC maintenance and service moving forward

Taylor Home Solutions installed mini splits in our Tolland home this spring. Scott is was very informative about the product and the best setup for our home. He didn't just quote the job, he did the job with a helper. They were in and out in two days with very little disruption. They were clean, neat and professional.
