Over the past two weeks, the service we've received from Homestead has been nothing short of exceptional. We had two units installed nearly two years ago, and recently, one of them began to malfunction. From the moment we reached out, Homestead responded with urgency, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to resolving the issue.

Every technician and office member we encountered was courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to help—but special recognition goes to Mike, whose persistence and dedication were truly commendable. He didn’t stop until he identified the root of the problem and made sure everything was working as it should.

In today’s world, it’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service and attention to detail. I wholeheartedly recommend Homestead to anyone in need of reliable, top-tier support

Just to add on $99 charge I am an AC customer for my house and recommended Homestead for my Mom's house for drain problem. I thought the $99 charge to show up was excessive. I understand it would have been waived with oil delivery, but I am an existing customer that recommended Homestead. Without this recommendation, Homestead wouldn't have been called. I could understand if the job was declined after tech showed up, but the job was accepted. This occurred on the Oct 31 call and August call. Thank You

Huge shout out to the folks at Homestead Comfort for a fabulous job well done installing a full insulation package at our home in Tolland. The installation team of Cliff, Miguel and Nick were so professional and an absolute joy to deal with over the 5 days they needed to be here. Friendly, courteous and professional service from the moment they arrived to the minute they left. Our house is now properly insulated and we look forward to lower fuel bills in the coming months and no more $600/month electric bills. Over the last 6 years we have worked with Homestead multiple times including installing an air conditioning system and replacement of our hot water heater. Our current furnace was 30+years old and we decided to pro actively replace it. I reached out to Andrew at homestead. He came out and reviewed our needs for a new furnace and provided a detailed proposal. I met with Andrew to review a few questions. Based on our prior experience working with Homestead we entered into a contract for the new furnace. On the day of installation Todd and his crew arrive on time, walked me through what to expect over the next 2 days. They kept the work area clean and provided me updates on their progress. When the new furnace was up and running they walked me through the operations and answered all my questions. Can’t say enough about how clean they left the work area! Very happy with Homestead their staff and equipment

I highly recommend Homestead. They exceeded my expectations with the exceptional quality of my new steam boiler and the level of service was outstanding! I’m not one for writing reviews but I was so overly impressed I felt I had too. Jake and Billy were the two service guys and they were here on time each day and very respectful of my property which is important to me. Jake took the time to answer all my questions and Billy after he installed the thermostat I saw him polishing it with his cloth which really impressed me! They kept their work area clean and organized and when they moved my items out of the way they were very careful with everything. Jake explained everything when finished and went over a whole check list with me to help me understand which was very informative. As for my new boiler it’s beyond impressive and the pipping so hefty and massive just high quality u just don’t see anymore! U can tell the guys took their time to do an over and above amazing job installing it. I’m a perfectionist and I was amazed at how everything looked so perfect! I had a friend ask if I shopped around for a new boiler and I said no Homestead had always been good to me for oil deliveries and plumbing service so I trusted them and sure enough they proved they are the very best around. Thanks Homestead!!!

Ed and Zach were promptly on time and explained in detail what our options were. They were efficient in removing the old toilet and replacing it, and explained differences in how the toilet would work now Main option was spend four to $500 to repair or $1200 to replace so since the toilet was 24 years old, we opted for the complete replacement style and function is much better than what we had before

All the insulation was done the guys where great and paid attention to details. Their clean up was great.

Spoke with the company as they suggested and my issue was worked out and we continued to do the energy improvements on my home. The guys were great the work was done professionally and neatly even when they ran into problems.

This company did my energy audit after several attempts to have them correct something and then agreeing that it should be corrected, still not done. Why would I ever have them do the work listed from the audit.

Kudos to Jake & Dylan! Installed a new hot water heater and it looks like a work of art. There's nothing like seeing the work of tradesmen! Nice going and thanks!

We purchased a heat pump water heater from them and it failed in one year. They honored the warranty such that we did not pay anything for the diagnostics or the replacement of the unit. Their service during the whole process was very good.

My heat was down; I made a call to Homestead and within an hour and a half they were on site. The technician even went up on the roof during a time of high wind and heavy rain. He had us up and running within a half hour. Great job, great service.

Dyquan did a great job with our furnace service. He was on time and explained the issues with our boiler very clearly.

Billy and Matt were highly professional, friendly and very helpful. They were committed to doing things the right way and worked well together as a team. They double checked everything before they left and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. We recommend Homestead highly for any HVAC work and we also have them to service our water system as well.

Tyler was very informative. He's been to this house multiple times before we took ownership of the house, it's very knowledgeable. Very nice and straight to the point. Highly recommend We had a problem with the pressure switch and he repaired it no problem

Ed was awesome! He took time to explain every step and ensured everything was working properly before leaving! Very professional and worked neatly so my house wasn’t a hot mess. Would always recommend Homestead, and will definitely ask for Ed in the future!

Homestead came to change our old gas furnace/ hot water tank to a high efficient combi/boiler. The price was fantastic - I got four quotes and no one else came close. They were on time, highly efficient, and it was a very clean install. Very happy with our choice to go with Homestead!

The staff members at Homestead Comfort are first rate. They performed an energy efficiency assessment at our home in a most comprehensive manner. They did not miss a thing! Afterwards, we were given recommendations on improving our efficiency that was honest and reasonable. We accepted their suggestions and had follow up work which was done to perfection! I highly recommend this company!
