Great experience from start to finish! Drainage Experts replaced my septic tank and did a wonderful job. The team has great communication so I knew exactly what to expect, they were exactly on time, quick, and incredibly clean. They arrived at 9 and were finished around 1 and ... aside from the hay they laid on the disturbed lawn, you would never known they were there. Will definitely use them again.

Great service! We recently had to have our septic replaced. Ben diagnosed our issue and I found him to be very knowledgeable, polite and trustworthy. We had to have our crumbling foundation replaced around the same time and Ben was very accommodating working around that project's timeline. Corinne in the office is also fantastic. We had an excellent experience with Drainage Experts and would highly recommend them to others. They fixed our septic and leach field which was failing in multiple places, and installed a dry well for our water conditioner. They also fixed an underground gutter drainage system which was very old and broken. In addition to that work, they filled in a sink hole in our back yard, successfully replanted shrubs we wanted to keep, and took out some existing landscaping that was an eye sore. After all this, they leveled the grounds and put down grass seed which has unexpectedly given us a nice new lawn! They went above and beyond in many ways and we appreciate all they have done for our home. They are very hard working, honest, nice people, very professional, and did a very thorough and excellent job.

I'm so impressed with the efficiency and expertise of the two specialists who came to repair my septic system. They were energetic and worked tirelessly in the blazing summer sun. When two tomato plants needed to be moved for the process they transplanted them! They asked for nothing, and gave so much. From the very beginning Jon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have a very complicated drainage issue at my house, the house is on a hill, above a lake, and the entire house is surrounded by concrete. Jon was able to design and install a system that drains water away from the house into the woods. His team was even able to camera and repair a drain 2 other companies could not!

Thank you to your team. I am very happy with how my property draining project came out. And the surface water is flowing not just sitting on my lawn. Luckily there was a preexisting drainage system installed but just not where I needed it, so the team tied into the existing to draw the additional surface water away.
