When I called, I got a live person right away who scheduled us for a septic pump in a very timely fashion. This was our first pump since building so it took a little extra time and calling around to get locations/as built for the tank. They handled all if this for us and then came back later that day to do the pump once they obtained the info needed. They also installed risers. They did a nice job and raked everything out and reseeded. Very reasonably priced. Love dealing with small local companies like this!

I recently had Drainage Experts conduct a comprehensive septic inspection for a home that my girlfriend and I are purchasing in CT. Ben was on site before the scheduled time and fully prepared for the inspection, first conducting the inspection and then providing us not only with a thorough verbal summary, but tips on how to preserve and take care of the system. I had a complete and thorough report that same day that was easy to understand and for a price that I consider to be very reasonable. Ben is an outstanding representative of his company and I would highly recommend him or other members of his organization for any of the services that they have to offer. Drainage Experts made this portion of the home buying process an easy one.

We needed a survey of our septic and drain field. They came out very quickly, were enjoyable to interact with, were very professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing and looking for (I was very curious). The person was professional and explained everything so I understood exactly what was happening. The service was priced reasonably. They called when they had to delay our appointment by 30 minutes but were on time with the new time. The customer service rep was also extremely helpful and easy to talk with. The work was not only completed thoroughly and quickly, but was also more reasonably priced. Bids we received from other companies were far higher and our patio would have had to have been demolished as well, but they were able to work around the patio without sacrificing the route of the new septic project. It’s been just over 2 weeks and even our yard looks almost better than it did! Completely satisfied with the job done.
