Professional plumbing company with fast friendly service..we have used them several times.

I called A-1 because our kitchen sink was leaking underneath.The serviceman was here
within 2 hours.He explained some options of fixing it and we chose to repair
all the pipes,as the house was 52 years old.The serviceman was experienced and friendly and we would call again.

Very good company to do business with.Fast friendly and they were affordable compared to other out of town plumbers we have used.

We have used this company for several years and have been satisfied.
Gary the owner is a friendly guy and has always done good work for reasonable prices.
I would recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

I remember my parents using this company when I was a young girl.Now that I am married and we own our own home we also use A-1 as our only plumber.
They seem to be a very honest and friendly company to do business with and we have been satisfied with the jobs we have hired them to do.

Finally a pleasant experience with a plumbing company!
I called about a sudden leaking copper pipe in my cellar.
The (hot water) was pouring out onto the floor.
A service person answered my call and patiently explained to me where
the main shut off could be found so I could stop the flow.
They were at my house within 2 hrs and fixed the problem quickly.
I considered the final bill to be reasonable and felt I had beed treated like family.

I didn't have such a great experience with this company. If you have the word heating in your name and you don't want to do heating then you should remove it. I called because I was having an issue with my hot water heater and to me it was an emergency. I had water pouring out of the release valve and ruining my basement and carpet. I stopped the drainage, but ended up turning off the water in my whole house to do so!! When I explained the issue to the plumber I spoke with he started saying I needed a new water heater because it was leaking. He asked if I had a hatch to the basement to remove the water heater. Started saying it was a big job, etc. Then what blew my mind was he said he would pass on this job????? I didn't even know that was a possibility for a business to pass up on work. Very frustrated after that experience with them. I won't say the name but I ended up calling a 3 star company (rated on Google) and over the phone the plumber walked me through an easy fix. He said it would save me a load of money and it was super easy to fix. I literally fixed it in less than 3 minutes. I really wish Dick Wages/Gary Thresher Plumbing & HEATING Service would have come through. Maybe then I could have given them a great review. Don't let the stars fool you, the two highest rated plumbing services in Enfield could not help me, but 3 star was better than I could even ask for.

Excellent service and prices.
Called for my mother's leaking hot water heater on a Sunday Morning and they were there in an hour and done by 2pm.
She was very happy with the whole process.

Just called this place. They told me they retired at the beginning of the year.

Wow! The absolutely rudest small business I have ever tried to hire.
He answered "Hello" and when I asked him if I was calling Allevo plumbing, he rudely replied, "What do you need?" I tried again to verify who I was speaking to and he hung up on me.

I called you offer them. My company services. And they were just being disrespectful and very rude. We’re not recommend.

Scott had done a lot of work for me in the past and has done an amazing job over the years. It was so disappointing when he retired, as I'm having a tough time finding a plumber as talented as Scott. He literally could fix anything without trying to upsell or pressure anyone into buying a new part, etc, when the existing part could easily be fixed. Also, he was ALWAYS on time as well! Five Stars all the way for Allevo Plumbing & Heating LLC!

Fantastic service

We went in looking for new faucets for our new home being built. As we r looking and finally come up with a few we like. He starts asking who is doing the install. We told him that the builder has already supplied a plumber and he ask 3 times who the plumber was. I finally told him and he belittled and said it was a mistake for doing business with said company!! For the next 10 mins all I heard was how we should let him install the faucets for us at a hourly rate of $85 per hour. Make a long story short I didn’t end up buying anything from the place and his character seemed a little out of touch with reality. His continued pushy sales and belittling of other compainies “come to find out they don’t know each other” make it hard for me to do business with.. stay clear of this place if u want to be treated like a buying consumer should go else where!!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very expensive. We are in the process of having their remodel demolished and redone. Inferior products and the wiring they did was wrong. Stay away. Far, far away. I would have given them no stars if I could have
