Plumbing emergency on a Monday night. Gave me advice over the phone and was at my house to fix the problem in twenty minutes. 5 star service, definitely recommend.

Currently trying to get an issue resolved with the company. Called to have a kitchen sink installed as the family was going from a double sink to a single sink.

Employee (I don't believe he has a plumber license and seems to be contracted by the company) was having difficulty with the sink clamps. He expressed frustration to me and said he would apply extra sealant. The next day my wife noticed the gap between the sink and the counter as it is not laying flat.

The job was "completed" on November 5th. The employee was supposed to come back and check the work on the 8th, but no showed. The manager is now not responding to my messages and I have no idea what to do since I've already paid for the service.

We had septic water baking up into our tub. We were given Free Flow's information from our septic company. The team was here and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. Professional, informative, and a fair price for a weekend emergency call. Highly recommend their sevices

Called at 4:19pm because we sprung a massive leak in the basement. He came over shut the water off and had his men cleaning with in 15 minutes of calling. The fastest response time of any plumber, arguably faster than the fire department and the useless police department. Thank you again Brett for all you do! Life saver

Brett & his team were great! I got connected with him late on a Sunday (it also happened to be Father's day) after coming home to our septic system randomly backing up on us. He was incredibly friendly on the phone, and able to schedule something for the following morning. His team was at our door early the next day, and were quick to find the source of the problem, fix it, & clean up. I would highly recommend Brett for any blocks, leaks, or cleanings you might need!
