The customer service rep is rude and unprofessional
she did not let me speak with someone in the service department who could provide basic info regarding their services I end up using another company because of her cocky attitude

I called to ask for an electrician, routed to one who answers with, “hello, yea what do you wanna know”.
And was then told he doesn’t even service the area, just the five boroughs.
Totally unprofessional!! Beware!!!

I hope this contractor gets more clients because they deserve all the business they can get. The service I received from their electricians that repaired my electrical furnace was unparalleled. This company is destined for greatness!

The current was not working correctly in my father's house. I called an electrician for him, and Mike came out the same day and worked patiently with my father to help him understand the problem and get everything working again. The price was reasonable for the amount of work involved. Would definitely use them again if I needed to and recommend them.

We had an old panel that was a mess. Our lights were flickering, and it was overloading, but our breakers were not popping, so in the potentially dangerous situation, they came out and did what they could so we had safe power over the weekend. They were professional and pleasant and explained everything that was going on, they came back on Monday and installed the new panel in 2 days, and now I have power again. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

Oscar is honest, diligent, responsive, creative, adaptive, and extremely capable. He rewired my house, top to bottom, and installed fixtures, electrical panels, outlets, etc. along the way. I highly recommend him for any project you are considering.

I can not say enough good things about Oscar. He has done so much work for us at our previous 2 houses i can not list all the jobs he has done for us over the years. What i can say about Oscar is that he is extremely professional, always on time, never says no and is just a nice human being. My only issue is now that we moved to Florida i can not use him while we are building a house. Part of me is thinking of flying him in that is how highly i regard him and his work.
i have dealt with a lot of subs and he is by far and away one of the best.

We called Oscar to do some electrical work in our house (smart thermostat, creating new kitchen/ sink area outlets) and were really impressed with his work. I felt his pricing was super reasonable and he was so efficient in getting the work done. We will definitely call him again in the future and recommend to friends.

Awful would not recommend.

This company is a scam. Overcharged me for basic work and did not even do the work that I was charged for them stop responding to any calls. Do not use them! They are untrustworthy and not professional.

The company is not worth to trust. No commitment and refuse to call back, tried to follow up 5 times, Tom Anderson promised to send proposal out but nothing happened, no call back no mail.

Needed small repair at home. Electrician was clueless. Repair was defective but we paid in full before we realized this. Company would not respond. They are interested in large commercial work. Would not hire them for that either.

Highly recommend Greenwich Electric! We had an emergency repair and Tommy and his crew came as soon as they could. His charges were very fair considering the situation. He and his crew were very professional and coordinated.

Update: Took some time but we did get an answer to our issue. The delay and lack of communications was frustrating but they did get back to us as well as do the installation. Everything looks to be working as well. I do not think I would recommend them but at least they did follow through.

My parents have been waiting 5 months to get a portable generator attached via generlink. They are elderly and need this done. Dozens of phone calls have have resulted in loads of promises and zero results. Absolutely unacceptable.
