If only zero stars were an option. Michael Hulepka tree service was contracted by neighbor to trim the only two 50 + year old trees on my property that were also overhanging my neighbor's driveway. It is the neighbor's legal right to do so. However, the tree trimming was so extreme that it left 1 tree with only one branch having cut off over 8 other branches. Without a canopy to protect the tree, the bark is being sun scalded and the Cambiun layer is exposed, which is slowly killing the tree. As this is an old oak and there are only 2 trees on my property, the tree is priceless and someone who is supposed to be a trained arborist never should have caused this damage, especially cutting the leader branch that was not overhanging the property. This was a deliberate move to prevent the tree from further growth. Michael Hulepka's shoddy work has caused irreparable damage to it. I will be pursuing all legal means to compensate me for the damage done to my property.

We had a complex massive widow maker tulip tree at 45 degrees leaning on an oak from the storm. It’s twin was rotten to the core and made it more complex. Not many safe options. Couldn’t trust anyone else for this complexity. He brought integrity, precision, and professionalism to the job.
