I would give 0 stars if i could! I have a whole house generator they were supposed to come service. I had the appointment for 2 weeks and they called and tried to reschedule but i explained to them i work 6 days a week i cannot reschedule. They said i could keep my appointment but then called 25 min before my appointment and canceled. I will Never ever do business with this company. Worst experience ever. Surprised they are still in business

While maynards electricians were friendly enough what I was charged for yesterday was nothing short of highway robbery. I let them into one of my apartments yesterday to diagnose an issue with my tenants bathroom light and departed to go back to work. Maynard sent 2 technicians and according my tenant spent 20 minutes diagnosing the issue, then left part way through thier visit to go to the store. When they returned their solution was to install a pull cord on a light. I was charged for 2 hours of thier time. The total cost was upwards of $500.00. At no point did I receive a phone call to ask if the replacing the pull cord was something I wanted to handle myself. To charge $500.00 for only a few mins of work is completely taking advantage of the customer and something I can't abide.

I will not be using them in the future.

Tech came out to do a maintenance on my Kohler generator. He was very knowledgeable, he remembered putting it in for the previous home owner and since it is my first generator, gave me all the information about it (keeping clean, where battery is, parts that tend to freeze when it snows so make sure to keep clean etc) I was very impressed with his knowledge of the product! Also very well mannered and went the extra mile. Hard to find good people like this today!! Highly recommend Maynard!
