Tim and Vanguard exceeded my expectations, from the initial phone call to the work being completed. Tim was timely and worked efficiently in replacing our tub and surround. Where we encountered “hiccups,” Tim was patient and “rolled with the punches.” Vanguard is definitely my new “go to.”

I had a slow drawing sink. Tim not only fixed it but also used a camera to determine the root cause. Clean fast reliable service. I highly recommend.

BEST experience with our service provided by Tim!! I called in the morning after walking through 3” of water in our basement all “due thanks” to our hot water tank deciding to burst. He came over within the hour, assessed the situation, explained our options, went to pick up a new tank, emptied and removed old and replaced new in record time. We were amazed by his knowledge and ability to do a fantastic job so efficiently. Allowing us to get back to “warm water normal.” We will use Vanguard again. Thank you kindly

I appreciate that Tim took time to put in our slopsink and an exhaust pipe to our specifications. He even came back promptly to fix something we didn't like. Freda the scheduler was lovely to work with too. It's hard to find a reputable plumber, but Vanguard is one to be TRUSTED.

Very nice young man came to give an estimate to change the propane line informed me I didn’t need to do it. Give me an estimate for two other projects very polite very reasonable couldn’t ask for more.

Tim was on time and found what the problem was. He was very professional and well informed on how to fix the problem. I will definitely call them again in the future.

Tim was great! I was able to schedule easily on weekend. After doing a few checks he diagnosed the reason for the leak which was not very probable. But with his expertise he quickly figured it out, and instead of extensive trial and error he immediately fixed the actual issue. The rates were great as well!

Where do I begin! I think it is appropriate to start by thanking Tim and Nicki. Not only did they both work together to fit me in immediately to Tim’s Very busy schedule yesterday. But he came within 15 min abd exactly on time. He was dressed professionally and his work truck was clean and organized. He is respectful and extremely detailed immediately identifying the issue and explaining what the best solution was and why. Overall it is clear to see that Tim is a man of character and Honor. He worked diligently and in fact his price was so fair and the experience perfect in everyway I payed him more as a sign of gratitude.

Nicki his booking agent, reception, billing is very detailed communicated efficiently and patiently. She provided clear and concise communication and was just an overall beautiful person to deal with just like Tim! I am so grateful to have met them both and done business with them. I highly recommend Vanguard and am confident that the way they do things your experience will be consistent with mine and you will be writing a similar review. These people deserve to prosper as they are honestly and truly doing things correctly.
