After service call was rendered and paid in full with reasoning of issue. Cut a piece of sheet rock to get a visual regarding Leak. After fact, than informed me that he doesn’t repair sheet rock. At first was leaving without even trying to attempt covering hole plastic/cardboard. So I have hole in our ceiling. 2nd We agreed on informing my home warranty on next day. Plumber caused claims to be denied due he wanted to be participate or partner up with my home warranty company. Because he forfeit our verbal discussion. More didn’t nor mention prior don’t repair hole which he did for his line of work. No thought I’m now responsible, nor have a received a with intention to help patch the hole in our ceiling. If you don’t specialize in sheet rock work, then we should’ve been told prior and don’t attempt a job that requires sheet rock repairs or fixture to do your license work plumbing. Plumber was informed on same day of service 2/14. I would not refer this company. I’m reporting to better BBB.

Tim and Vanguard exceeded my expectations, from the initial phone call to the work being completed. Tim was timely and worked efficiently in replacing our tub and surround. Where we encountered “hiccups,” Tim was patient and “rolled with the punches.” Vanguard is definitely my new “go to.”
