Armando did a fabulous job! This is the second time he’s saved the day for me. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and soft/spoken. He’s also attuned to cleanliness and leaves my home in a better place than it was in when he entered. If he’s running late, he lets me know, too. I’m delighted to say Armando is the best plumber I’ve worked with, and I recommend him highly.

Had a really great experience with Armando, who came out to fix a basement shower drain that was backing up. Armando was very communicative leading up to his arrival—he showed up on time and was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous as he diagnosed the issue and gave us some options to resolve it. From there, he went to work to quickly fix the problem and clean up the mess—he even gave us advice on how we could avoid a repeat of the situation in the future. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be asking for Armando if anything pops up in the future!

Martin was a pleasure. He was prompt, responsive and decisive. He got to work immediately and found the cause of the leak. Martin is very polite and professional, we had a nice conversation while he was at our home. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

I had over $2000 worth of work done by Service Relief in October 2023. I will admit that they scheduled me quickly and the plumber was polite and professional. However 14 months later, one of the shower valves they installed is leaking, and Service Relief won't take care of it without me paying all over again. Shower valves should last more than 14 months before needing replacement again.

Armando communicated what the problem was and timeline for completion and coordinated with MDC to diagnose and fix a larger issue. He was personable and did a great job fixing the valve for my main water line. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say about Armando! We had an emergency plumbing issue in our basement today, and Service Relief was able to get him to come by on short notice. He was very thorough in explaining the problem, its source and how we can repair it. He was friendly and had a very professional demeanor, and gave us a detailed breakdown of different services he could perform to meet our immediate needs and those in the future. He was also very courteous and considerate while in our home, he wore booties when going in and out of the basement. Our service tech, Armando was great. Very personal and professional. He performed great work and educated us along the way. Both jobs required him to break through plaster-like walls and title in order to complete the repair, not easy at all! Called Service Relief LLC for two toilet repairs and to replace a pipe that froze last winter. Mike was absolutely excellent. He gave me a call to let me know he was going to be a bit early and I just asked that he call me again when he arrived so that I could let our 3 dogs outside. He did remember to call again when he arrived and gave me time to let them outside.

He was very knowledgeable and listened as I explained all of our issues. I also asked several other questions about the basement plumbing and layout of our older house which he addressed and helped me to better understand. They fixed everything quickly and even told me he would help with an additional issue with the bathroom faucet that he noticed wasn’t actually attached (quick fix from previous homeowner) and provided me a reasonable quote.

Overall very pleased with Mike and Service Relief. Very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. Hard to find people you can trust nowadays to provide a quality service, but you can trust Mike.

I called Service Relief for emergency service with a drain clog and they fit me in very quickly! Armando was the technician who came to my house and he is the reason for the 5 stars. Armando was incredibly polite and respectful but also explained the problem well. It was not an easy or quick fix but he did a great job and left things spotless before he left. very professional and personable as well. got the job of installing gas line for new dryer done quickly. the big box store where i bought it only use trained persons and not licensed plumbers and also only connect the flex hose to the house gas and
not to the dryer. i got it all done by 1 licensed plumber in about 40 minutes

I can say that they arrived when they said they would and did what needed to be done. They explained everything and were very courteous. I will be using them again.
