Really impressed with Advanced Plumbing and Heating. I called them for the first time after finding a leak in my basement, and they got me on the schedule that same day. The technician showed up early in the service window, was super friendly and knowledgeable, quickly figured out the issue, and walked me through my options. Less than 24 hours after discovering the problem, my aging tankless water heater was fully repaired at a fair price. I’ll definitely call them again if I ever need help.

They helped with the Oil to Gas Conversion. Michael, the president of Advance Plumbing if I’m not wrong, who first came to my house and gave me the estimate was very responsive and gave me all the information I needed before making my decision to which company I wanted to used. He did explained everything about the equipment I needed and the ones on the market, the pros and cons. I didn’t received such information from the other companies I requested estimates from and that made me feel more comfortable and decided to go with them. The office lady named Nicole was very responsive to all my calls when I had questions and concerns and always greeted me with respect and a very friendly manner. The guys who came to my house and did the installation were very professional, communicative and friendly. They knew what they were doing and always gave me the right answer when I asked them. They removed all my old heating equipment such as the oil tank, furnace and eletric boiler, cleaned and organized after they finish the job. They were there on time for the inspections done by my city and gas company Eversource. I didn’t have any problems throughout the installation at all and will be using them for my needs in the future. I highly recommend them!

Our water heater started spewing water. Called in a panic. They were at my house in a little over an hour. Replaced water heater in just over an hour. Clean, pleasant very professional. Would highly recommend!

I left a message late at night. The next morning they returned my call. Because we were leaving for a week long trip the next day, they sent someone out within an hour, I think I got lucky with the timing. Dylan showed up, was pleasant, and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. He was in and out of here in under and hour and replaced a whole segment of pipe in my basement. For that kind of expertise, knowledge and execution, Im happy to pay whatever. The pricing was reasonable and now I can go away and not worry about my basement flooding.
