Saw the owner (Ryan) of this company on two separate occasions having what could only be described as a meltdown, cussing at employees at both a lumber store and another time at a pizza restaurant. No employees should have to put up with what I saw no matter what the circumstances! The language was colorful to say the least.

Contacted Santor to switch a property I purchased from a multi family to a single family, consolidating the separate 100 amp panels down into one 200 amp panel with subpanel. I reached out to Santor and 3 other local electricians, one of which gave me a quote and never followed back up, two of which never even came out to give me a quote. Santor not only located the 200 amp panel and even the single meter (not easy nowadays) and fit me in on the schedule on short notice but worked with me seamlessly coordinating between myself, the town (for which I pulled the permit) and Eversource to get everything done on time. Left the house in the morning and came back to a finished product and everything worked as if nothing had been modified. Town inspector came out a week later and gave the thumbs up with no complaints completing the process. Good and responsive contractors nowadays are extremely hard to come by, Santor is deficiently among them, highly recommend.
