Electrical reviews in Norwalk, Connecticut

Meticulous work, very professional, and pleasant to work with. He installed a vent fan and ceiling fan where there was no fixture before...I appreciate the exact measurements, I don't have any patching or painting to do. Left the home clean.
I will definitely work with him again, outstanding!

Lou is a great guy and his prices are fair, also very professional of his work, very neat and clean. Gets the job done! Excellent service.

Lou was able to come help me out with my Aladin chandelier lift. We started with a simple electrical problem which grew into multiple issues with the lift motor. Lou was detail oriented, patient and professional and worked with the support team at Aladin to resolve all my issues. He was also very clean. Could not reccoment him more.

I highly recommend Lou Electric. I needed same day service to resolve an issue with my smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Lou was able to fit me into his already busy schedule and promptly resolve the issue.

Was in a pinch today and Lou came over right away. Diagnosed the problem and my issues were fixed by 3pm. Great service by a local business. Highly recommend Lou Electric for all your needs. Support our local businesses!

Had a great experience hiring Lou to install a transfer switch for a portable generator and a couple of other small items on a referral from another contractor whom I have worked with in the past. He is easy to work with, organized, experienced and clearly communicates the process and outcome. Looking forward to working with him on new projects coming up this summer.

Lou was extremely helpful! He completed electrical work for me within a days notice. He was prompt and professional. Highly recommend!

Lou is an exceptional electrician, very detailed and explains everything that he needs to do. Personable and humble, traits you do not find in everyone. He is now my Electrician and will recommend to anyone that needs work done

Lou was prompt and work hard to install our new ceiling fan. When he ran into some minor issues he did not take any short cuts; instead he made sure everything was done properly.
He also demonstrated the way to use the fan before leaving.
I would definitely use him again. I recommend calling him if you need an electrician.

Lou was recommended by my very trusted contractor. We needed an electric vehicle charger installed in our garage. He responded immediately to my call. Came the next day to give an estimate. (This was after an other electrician told me it would be 10 days to just come and give an estimated.) He is professional and he is very courteous. He answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. Most importantly he did an excellent job, at the price he quoted, at the time we scheduled. He guaranteed his work and even arranged for the town inspection. I definitely recommend!!

Lou is great. I called him. Told him I needed some work on a new bathroom. He came right over. Checked it out. Came back the next day and did all the work. He is both professional and fair. Lou is a great electrician. I'm happy he's working at my house.

I would highly recommend Lou for all your Electrical work! Professional and great work. A+++ service!

Lou arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my problem of a pool pump tripping a breaker. He replaced the breaker and all is good. Lou is great to work with and reasonably priced. Shows up when promised. Highly recommended.

Lou is a gentleman, fair and easy to deal with. He is also very knowledgeable. We highly recommend and will definitely use him again.

Luo Electric was strongly recommended by a family friend. I’m glad I decided to work with him because he did a tremendous job. I'm extremely happy with the outcome. I was looking to get some work done in my house in a short period of time and he was able to manage and get it done on time. He was always on time, very professional and most importantly he knows his job. I strongly recommend him. I will definitely be using his service again soon.

Lou was fantastic with our project installing recessed lighting for our basement. Extremely responsive, professional, and did great work! We definitely will be using him for our electrician work in the future.

Lou was exceptional. He fixed everything I asked for. He cleaned up after himself which I appreciated. He’s reasonable with his prices. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. Lou is now my electrician. I have told friends and neighbors about him. Give him a call he’s in the neighborhood.

My experience with Lou was excellent he came to my home. He was on time I was thinking of getting an exhaust fan and an upstairs bathroom. He was very honest and said it would be way too much work breakthrough a wall could cause water damage, etc. not to do it. I so appreciate his honesty. He saved me a lot of money and hassle and worries with water damage, etc., and even went so far as to help me with a lightbulb that wouldn’t come out out of a fixture and to set up a dehumidifier in my bathroom a really great person. He came back the next day to check on the dehumidifier. I would recommend Lou highly I look forward to using him again in the future for any electric issues I have at my home
