This business was phenomenal to work with. This is a completely unbiased review based on an electric water heater installation that was performed over a week ago at the time of writing this post. I had contacted Johnson's plumbing and heating to get a quote about an electric hot water heater replacement. At that point I had gotten two quotes from other businesses as well as over half a dozen other businesses with either no answer/call back. Johnson's plumbing and heating gave a rough estimate over the phone as well as offered to take a look at the job the same day. Dan came out and gave us a great price and was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His suggestions/ideas were not pushy and made sense. We ended getting a hot water heater with a water detection system to shut off supply to the tank in the event of a leak. This was all for much cheaper than the competitors. The job was completed a few days later in a very timely fashion and it looks great. I would 100% recommend this business to anyone in the surrounding area. The professionalism, customer centric, and prompt service has earned our future business.
