Excellent experience in every way. Frank is an incredibly knowledgeable arborist, and his team is professional and efficient. We put in a call to Frank and he was able to come out after hours same day to give us an estimate. He clearly explained our options, and highlighted other problem trees for us to keep an eye on. Frank and team go above and beyond, even cutting down some problem branches on other trees while they were up in the bucket. Fairly priced and perfect service. Will be using Frank's for any future arbor care needs!

Frankly Frank’s Trees are the best! Arrived on time, expert removal of a 60 foot Hemlock without ANY damage to the surrounding gardens and lawn. Layed down plywood chipped the entire tree, blew off the lawn, drive and surroundings. A completely professional organization. The care they take of their equipment is reflected in the care they take in every detail of their job. 11 out of 10!

I had a family property renovation needing at least 8 trees to come down and several more trimmed. From start to finish, Frank was easy to deal with, reliable, and always respectful of the property. As an arborist, he was able to look not only at the obvious trees over powerlines and the house, but also spotted one that was unhealthy and rotting near the base, and recommended it's removal. Likewise, he explained that one of the tagged trees could be trimmed and not removed, as it was overall a healthy, strong tree. His knowledge was obvious, price fair, and work and cleanup impressive. Even neighbors stopped by to comment! Will use again if needed, and highly recommend!

Frank came onsite the day I called him about a fallen branch in my yard post a storm. The branch was blocking the entrance to our home. His team arrived onsite at 8am the next morning and removed the branch and all fallen debris. They did a great job and in addition were very helpful and polite to deal with.

I needed to remove a large limb that was hanging over my home for insurance purposes. I called Frank’s Arbor for a quote. Frank himself came the very next day. I also had a dead tree off of my lower deck to be evaluated. Frank gave me a very reasonable quote, which I accepted. Originally meant to drop both with no removal. Over the course of three days, they pruned our ornamental trees, raised the canopy on our largest trees and removed several dead trees and branches. They worked efficiently and safely, and took extra precautions to ensure their machines didn't damage our property in any way. This was a huge tree that had to come down, and it was quite close to the house and the fence. They got it down so carefully and efficiently, ground the stump and cleaned everything up. I recommend Frank’s highly!

Frank’s crew removed multiple trees on my property, including a large hollow red oak near the house. They worked efficiently, made clean cuts, chipped all brush on-site, and left everything spotless.
When they discovered power lines physically attached to the oak, they immediately stopped for safety, explained the situation clearly, and didn’t risk proceeding.
