The carpet had years of buildup, traffic marks, and dull areas, so it really needed a deep carpet cleaning. After reading strong customer reviews, I decided to schedule a service, and I’m very glad I did. Giovanni and Mateo arrived a little earlier than expected, introduced themselves, inspected the carpet carefully, explained the cleaning process, and got right to work. They were polite, friendly, organized, and very efficient the whole time. Their attention to detail really showed, especially on a light-colored carpet that can be hard to restore. The deep steam cleaning lifted the dirt and brightened the fibers so well that the carpet now looks fresh, soft, and close to new again. I was especially impressed with how professional and easy the whole appointment was, from the initial visit to the final results. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of the work, and I only wish I had scheduled this carpet service sooner. If you need carpet cleaning before family gatherings, seasonal hosting, or just to refresh your home, this is an excellent service to book.

Highly impressed with their Oriental rug cleaning service. My antique silk rug had years of dust and stains, but they handled it carefully. The team collected it and returned it spotless within the promised time. You can tell they specialize in delicate materials.

We used this company for Turkish rug cleaning and minor rug repair on an old Kilim runner that had belonged to my parents. Over time, the woven material became dull and uneven from constant foot traffic, and the fringe was starting to unravel badly. I appreciated how knowledgeable the technicians were when they inspected the rug before pickup. They explained that Flatweaves and woven rugs require completely different handling compared to thick pile rugs. The cleaning process took around eight days, and during that time they also repaired the damaged fringe and reinforced weak spots along the edges. When the rug returned, the difference was honestly remarkable. The original colors were much more vibrant and the rug felt stable again. It’s hard to find companies in NYC that truly specialize in Turkish rug cleaning, but these people absolutely do.

I had a few flatweaves, a viscose runner, and a hand knotted Pakistani silk rug cleaned. They scheduled a free estimate quickly. The technician was friendly, informative, and explained their cleaning process clearly. They moved furniture, collected the rugs carefully, and returned them in just over a week. Each rug came back looking more vibrant and soft. They helped position them exactly where they belonged and even adjusted the furniture to fit. I was really happy with the service and the results.

Rosario and her team are amazing women! I can’t say enough amazing things about them. They made my house feel like a home again, and they did it with such care, thoroughness, and where incredibly articulate with everything when it came to organizing from my kids toys to their closets (which were disaster’s) they did such a phenomenal job it literally brought me such comfort. Comfort in knowing I no longer have to worry about finding a team of expert cleaning ladies, because that’s what they are experts! Comfort that my search is over! We had an amazing experience with Cecy's Cleaning Services. I booked the last minute for the next day's appointment and they were able to accommodate me. I had Cecilia doing service and she just did such an excellent job, she came right on time and left everything sparkly clean and all the kid’s toys were nicely put away and organized. I was very happy to come back to a super clean house. Highly recommend!
