They have done excellent work for me. My challenge was a yew that was struggling and they have done a great job over two years in helping it recover. They also diagnosed and treated some diseased boxwoods that are now thriving.

I highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts. We have been working with them for the past 4 years for seasonal maintenance on all our trees. They are professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. One of our large maple trees did not do well with the intense seasonal changes and died this year. We hired Bartlett to remove the tree. They took their time, listened to our requests and were easy to work with. They were professional, as always.

Highly recommend hiring Bartlett! Have worked with Josh and his team for years. Very knowledgeable, thorough and communicative and great customer service. We recently had a big Maple tree removed from our back yard and the crew did a great job. Skilled, focused and patient while working, just what you want while removing a 70’ tree over your house.

Bartlett and Allen Blake help me keep my mature hemlocks in top condition with regular health checkups and recommendations for fertilizer and adelgid treatments. They also offer sound advice that helps me take batter care of the other trees on my complex property. I learn something useful every time they visit!

Josh Lehmann and Bartlett Tree company are great to work with on our property. When we have concerns about certain trees or shrubs, I call Josh. He is ready with answers on how to correct a problem. Josh always gets back quickly with estimates on work that we would like done. The crews sent out to complete the work are quick and efficient, always cleaning up any debris. We are very happy with all the work done on the property. Thank you for a great service!

Josh provided an estimate for our tree work. He was friendly and very professional. The crew that actually did the work were great. Our yard is narrow with veery large trees on each side. They were very carful getting the truck to where they needed it. They cleaned all the dead wood out of our very large oak tree. They cleaned up so you would never know they were there. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

I highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts - Simsbury. I've been using them for the past several years. Josh and his team are so knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to save trees that I was in danger of losing. My trees never looked better. When I wanted to expand some of the beds and add more trees, Josh provided his expertise. I was so happy with the end result.

From my very first meeting with Tyler, I knew each experience with Bartlett Tree Experts would be exceptional. Tyler is a professional, personable, and very knowledgeable arborist with a deeply rooted passion for trees and nature. His attention to detail is who is he and how he works. He oversees our property as if it were his own and carefully makes recommendations for the health of each individual tree species.
Most recently, with the careful guidance of Tyler each day, Bartlett’s highly knowledgeable, skilled and professional team went above and beyond, carefully trimming and pruning our trees, providing exceptional results for the continuous health of our extensive variety of trees. The men worked as an amazing team four full days. Cleanup each day was organized and meticulous. Thank you to each team member for your commitment to excellence. I truly appreciate you.
Tyler followed up with a walk through our property, a few days following the completion of the work, to make certain everything was completed as designed. And it surely was!
Our trees are happy. I am so very pleased and most appreciative for the amazing service I receive from Bartlett Tree Experts. You are the very best!

We used Bartlett Tree Experts at the recommendation of my neighbor, who is very fussy about her trees. I am so glad we did. I have a beautiful Eastern Redbud tree that fans out to form a canopy over my patio. It had a huge crack in its limb and I wasn’t sure if it could be saved. Josh Lehmann came to assess it, and I could tell he really knows his stuff as a Arborist. He gave me instructions on how to care for it. His crew (another Josh and Carlos I believe their names were) put bolts into the crack and totally closed it up. They trimmed it up, as well as some huge trees around it to bring in the sun. It’s like finding a good hairdresser! They trimmed everything beautifully and were so neat. I just love it!! They also cut up an oak limb and stacked it neatly for my husband to split (we have a wood stove and use the wood). The guys were so pleasant; very professional and did a stellar job!
I just love my patio with the beautiful trees.

Bartlett offers a vast array of horticultural services and I've used their services for the past four years. I've enrolled in the yearly pest management and soil care and fertilization programs, as well as used them for tree trimming, pruning, removal and planting. I've received many compliments from neighbors regarding the overall appearance of my landscaping and Bartlett personnel are consistently courteous and do exceptional work, particularly my Bartlett Representative, Allen Blake.

I have relied on Allen Blake and Bartlett for 10+ years for arborist services. They have been a great partner for structural pruning, fertilization, tree removal and tree planting. Allen has been great to work with. The crews have been skilled and friendly.

We had a number of shrub and try issues. Bartlett spent time with us reviewing possible work items and creating a proposal. The estimate was very reasonable. The work was done a week or so later. Everything looks great. The crew was professional, thorough and friendly, and everything was cleaned up when they left. We appreciate the good work!

I called Bartlett on the recommendation of another tree service in the area to address a problem that the other service does not handle. I'm glad they did. Josh has been great, diagnosing the problem and suggesting a course of action. The associate who came to treat the soil around the trees was great. He answered all my questions with a smile and didn't talk down to me as so many professionals do these days. Josh has followed up numerous times to make sure things were clear and I was happy with their services. The prices are very reasonable too compared to another service that I used. I highly recommend Bartlett if you need a tree service. You won't be sorry!

I've been using Bartlett Tree Experts for many years to care for the trees and shrubs on my property, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. From fertilization and pruning to pest control, they consistently deliver expert care with professionalism and attention to detail.
Their arborists are knowledgeable, courteous, and always take the time to explain what they're doing and why it matters. Over the years, I've seen a noticeable improvement in the health and appearance of my trees and landscape thanks to their work.
What really sets Bartlett apart is their reliability and commitment to doing the job right. They show up when they say they will, treat my property with respect, and always leave the area clean and tidy.
If you're looking for a tree care company that combines deep expertise with exceptional service, I highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts.

We’ve been using Bartlett Tree Experts for many years, and in all that time Josh Lehmann has been our primary contact. We have always been extremely pleased with the advice and information Josh has provided us. The Bartlett workers that have come to our house are always professional, thorough and friendly.

Worked with Mike DeSanto on the proposal with Nick and his crew doing the work. Excellent job by all involved. A real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this tree service company.

About five years ago, I decided to switch to Bartlett Tree Experts to manage the treatment and care of the shrubs and trees on our property. The improvement in the appearance of our landscaping was almost immediate. Our hemlocks have never looked healthier. An ornamental beech tree on our property was struck with beech leaf disease. Although there is no known cure for the disease, Bartlett used their expertise to devise and implement a management plan that has saved the tree from an early demise. We are the original owners of our home and have lived here for 37 years. Our landscaping has never looked better, in large part, due to the services provided by Bartlett staff. They also don't hesitate to make helpful landscape recommendations. SPOILER ALERT! The services provided by Bartlett cost money; but the VALUE of the services provided is top notch.
