These guys are great. Last two times I needed help they came quick, they knew exactly how to fix the problem and they did it quick. Their pricing is honest. I've tried other places in past to compare like Harp and Aiello, I think Somers oil is way better

I was looking at different oil places that could deliver the day of. We are getting a bad snow storm tomorrow and everyone else that I called said delivery will be on Monday. This is the only company that was able to get oil delivered to us today. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and she was able to help me out in little to no time. We were able to get oil 3 hours after my in initial call. Mike, the service tech, was very nice and he was in and out in 10 minutes. I will definitely be reaching out to them in the future.

I have been using somers oil for last 7 yrs and even the previous two owners had recommended somers oil for boiler tune up, maintenance service plan. This past weekend I heard loud noise coming from the basement right after our tune up appointment. Because it was Saturday I didn’t realize they are closed. So I made a call and their after hours personnel took the message and told me that on call technician would call to further assist. The technician called after over and hour and half and after explaining the problem, the technician didn’t offer to even understand what the issue was or tried video call which they usually do to avoid unnecessary trip if something they can resolve over the phone. He was more keen to let me know the charges. He arrived after an hour and half and walked down the basement to just tell me that the loud isn’t coming from the basement but from the radon fan. Not even minute spend and I have been charged $160 for this call. Upon requesting to wave off some fee for visiting on call, I was told they had already knocked off $79 as their after hour charges are &229/hr which was different than what the on call technician had mentioned. Upon requesting again to waive off for one off situation I was told they couldn’t do anything further. Taylor energy has taken over somers oil and for them money is over customer service and keeping the customers. So I would no longer wish give my business to them!! BEWARE OF THEIR AFTER HOUR SERVICE. CALL!
