The first cleaning was great and then it quickly went down hill.

She didn’t dust most surfaces (tv stands, shelves, window sills), she didn’t clean the kitchen floor under the cabinets, didn’t clean one of the toilets, didn’t empty bathroom trash completely, didn’t clean the stove top, didn't clean the shower or it’s door, didn’t wipe down the kitchen counters, amongst other things and she ate her lunch in my home and left her dishes behind.

When I texted her, she told me to look at the cameras in my house. So I did. She left 30 minutes prior to telling me she was, and texted the majority of the time she was here, so it makes sense that nothing was cleaned properly.

She also won’t return my texts and hasn’t refunded me.

I have had Monika come and clean for the last 5 years weekly. Always has availability. I like that i dont need to have any of my own supplies. The set it and forget thank you!!!

Monika did everything I asked for and her organization skills have made my house look and feel so much better. She’s punctual and her price is very affordable.
