Rory and his team are absolutely amazing. I can't speak highly enough about them. They may do this everyday but they don't forget how hard it can be for the people they help. They had a system that made sorting our belongings quick and easy. Communication is on point. They got the ball rolling and kept me informed thru the whole process. Their customer service is unmatched and I would definitely call on them again.

Servpro cleaning, restoration, and construction recently restored our finished basement after a septic backup. I am so happy with their work. Everything that could be salvaged was cleaned and disinfected and neatly boxed and labeled for us. Our basement is completely clean and safe for us to use again. Kevin and his team were professional and knowledgeable. They kept us informed throughout the process.

Had a great experience with the crew from Servpro. After an oil spill in my basement I thought that odor would never go away but John, Nick, and the crew came back over and over to hunt down the cause and get rid of it. Communication was wonderful and knowledge of the field was more than what I’d expect. I really appreciate the work they did to get that smell and spill out. I would absolutely recommend them for mitigation jobs.

I highly recommend ServPro of Stafford Springs to anyone looking for a professional cleanup. Restoration manager Rory met me at the job site, walked me through the whole process beforehand and his team did a tremendous job. The office staff is very helpful as well and I will definitely consider them again for any future professional cleanup services I may need down the road.

I recently had sanitizing service at my home. The crew was headed by Teresita-Carios and under her coordination, did an outstanding job. The were both competent and professional in every way. The job was difficult and they were exceptional. Teresita is indeed a credit to SERVPRO.
