Shout out to Derek who rebuilt my powerhouse Viking grill piece by piece; he was awesome. Not only was he interesting to talk to (yes, I was probably a bit distracting) he was genuinely committed to making sure everything worked to perfection. The service man Hiram was extremely courteous, seemed to be quite knowledgeable about the oven repair. He called before he arrived and showed up within the stated time frame. He tested everything before he left and everything seems to be working up to standards.

Mr. Appliance saved the day. There is never a convenient time for an appliance to die, so getting back up and running quickly was enormous. The operator asked great questions to ensure the on-site tech would have the required parts. The next morning the tech who arrived (Hiram) was able to both fix the problem and explain why we were having issues. He was knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. Highly recommend

Cost of repair not worth it. Upcharge on a $25 part was obscene. Should have bought a new machine or done the work myself.
