We recently had Carlos and his team paint the entire interior of our home, and the transformation is stunning. Every room looks fresh and immaculate, thanks to their attention to detail and commitment to perfection. In the past, Sanchez Landscaping and Painting LLC has also helped us with landscaping, and each experience has been just as wonderful.

Not only that, but Carlos’s wife, Hilda, offers house cleaning services, which we also used, and it was fantastic! We got a quote from Sanchez Landscape to rip out and pave our driveway
The things that went wrong :
1- he wanted all cash to do it for the price quoted , a red flag right there
2- he wanted 1/2 down before he even stuck a shovel in the ground . Why am I going to give you thousands prior and then you put me off for 3,4 weeks ?
I said I’d give 1/2 when the equipment and workers show up that was more than fair. Anyone would be naive to give money prior to starting and good thing I didn’t
3 - I measured the driveway using my 12 inch foot . He not once came here to measure but the day of the removal he sends a guy up ( not even from his co ) to measure and it came out more . First it was 2000 sq ft , then it changed to 1800 and finally he told me it was 1500 sq ft … 3 different measurements The last thing anyone wants is a surprise the day of the job . Now the whole job has changed . This should have been done last week at minimum.
4- he farms the job out and proceeds to tell me that everyone does it . NO, I hired Sanchez to do the job not some guy I never spoke to before so NO it’s not ok
5- after the measurement comes in , he doesn’t even quote me a new price
Just says “maybe it’s better to stop the job “. So I put off 3 other contractors to do this job and now they are booked through August
So basically I’m left hanging with no one to do the driveway

I could go on and on but this was one of the worst , if not THE worst experience I ever had with a contractor
Stay away at all costs
He is not reliable , honest and has zero integrity
Use someone else and save yourself the headache

Sanchez Landscaping and Painting has been an incredible partner to me and my family. Carlos and his team are professional, reliable, and fairly priced. They’ve helped us with everything from landscaping and garden building to painting, home repairs, and even moving furniture.

We have a yearly landscaping contract with them that includes grass cutting, fertilizing, leaf blowing, stick cleanup, and weeding. The yard always looks great, and they show up consistently and on time. Carlos takes pride in his work and always makes sure we’re completely satisfied—he doesn’t leave a project unfinished or done halfway.

Most recently, we installed HVAC, and the Sanchez team stepped in to open and close walls, insulate the attic, refinish the basement floor after installing a drain, and repaint the entire space. They handled everything with care and attention to detail.

Couldn’t recommend them more for any home or yard project—big or small!
